B2 Green Boutique & Budget Hotel

This place was great. It's a budget hotel but it was clean, shower pressure/temperature was great, wifi was fast, room was spacious and had a lot of natural light. Big fridge. I had the "do not disturb" sign on the door for my whole stay, and they left extra toiletries/water bottles hanging on the door daily. Beds are on the hard side but comfortable. If you're overweight they might not be as comfortable. Some staff struggled with english but they could handle simple requests like a wifi password refresh or questions about extending the booking. This is the only reason "service" gets 4 stars. Location is close to anything in Nimman but you're a bit out of the city noise since it's not close to any high traffic roads. Absolutely plan to stay here again when in Chiang Mai. There are local restaurants and businesses all the way to the hotel so you're never "alone" when walking to and from the hotel. It's absolutely in smaller side streets, but I don't think this area of Chiang Mai is ever problematic.

Really clean and cozy. The mattress and the pillows are a bit stiff but the room and the sheets are clean. No tooth brush provided so you better bring your own. Also no tissue in the room.

The location suited me and the accommodation was tidy and clean. All the staff are friendly and helpful as well. The only negative thing to say is that some of the staff have the memory of a goldfish - they ask you if you want your room cleaned but do nothing about it.

Good location close to the party and food area but still quiet and peaceful. Only problem is you always have to wait for checkin till 2:00 pm. Even if there is no one right now. That is so annoying and stubborn. If you have an hotel with lots of empty rooms let the guests check in when they arrive 1 or 2 h earlier. Comeon please! And they let the people wait till it is point 2:00. no exemptions no mercy. Even you arrive 1:50 pm after you have been waiting outside already 2 h. that’s so stupid. I will never ever visit that hotel again. Sorry but absolut stupid and bad service!🌴🙄

Solid budget option with basic but clean and comfortable rooms. Close to plenty of places to eat or go for coffee. 15-20 minutes walk from the old city and Nimman.

Air conditioning is leaking！! No hairdryer ! No hairdryer ！ No hairdryer！ Bad front desk service, please don’t waste your money.

The standard of the hotel can be improved, although the location is not very convenient. Need to improve staff’s communication skills and attentiveness.

I never had to sleep a bed so so hard, it felt like a concrete bed. And then, it was dirtiness all over the place, specially in the bathroom, there was dust everywhere. The bathroom design isn't great, like they provide hand towels, but no place hang them near to washbasin.
