EDIT: Original posting below, but want to thank Nina for reaching out to me while I was still at the hotel. She remedied the situation with the corkage fee and chatted with me about the rest of my review. Extremely professional and courteous!
To add to my review -- the hotel itself is quite lovely and unique! The rooms were beautiful. And the chicken caesar salad I ordered from the restaurant was also really good. Nina also explained that part of the reason for the small menu is intentional -- they only use local, in-season produce and try to stay authentic to the atmosphere of the hotel. Seems totally reasonable :)
Overall, great customer service easily makes up for the minor issue I had. Looking forward to staying here again!

This is specifically for the restaurant (FYI - the check-in, hotel room, etc., service, etc., I'd easily rate 4-5 stars).
I was underwhelmed and then disappointed. In terms of being underwhelmed, it's a very small menu for lunch and dinner (and it's the same menu for lunch and dinner), so good luck if you end up needing to eat at the hotel twice in one day.
I ordered the NY style cheesecake -- it was anything but. It was OK, but definitely not NY-style (wrong taste, wrong consistency, wrong flavor, served wrong, wrong crust, wrong type of cheese used...). The burger, however, was pretty good.
I came down one afternoon, around 1500, no one was around. I had brought down a bottle of wine I had bought. Asked them to open it and if I could camp out and work. No problem... well, 1 glass later, I was informed there was a problem. A $25 corkage fee problem. Very disappointing they didn't disclose this -- especially when there was no one else around. It's not like I was taking business from them - I got a wine they don't serve (because they have a terrible wine selection) and I'm staying at their hotel and wanted a place to work and sip on some wine. If they had an alternative place, I would have worked there.
