B2 Mahidol Boutique & Budget Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at B2 Mahidol Hotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a great value for the price — I would definitely stay here again!

The room was dirty. It had a lot of hair on the floor and on the bed. The bed was also stained. The towels had holes on them. The fridge was dirty on the inside. And finally, we found a gecko inside the room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at what I can only describe as the worst hotel I ever stayed. The staff was incredibly unfriendly, making my stay uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. To make matters worse, one of the front desk employee could not speak basic English, which made communication nearly impossible. The rooms were extremely old and lacked basic amenities like a hair dryer and also it is far from the city. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was far from satisfaction. However, the biggest issue was the service or lack thereof from the staff. They were not only unfriendly but also frequently absent from the front desk, leaving guests without assistance. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value good service and a clean environment.

Even though many travelers check out, staff told me no room and doesn’t offer early check in. I said I’ll pay extra fees for room. Service is so bad. I requested many times but they respond rudely. I canceled my booking with non-refundable. If you want to be happy when traveling, I would recommend not choosing this hotel.

It was a nightmare. The place is old. There are not enough parking lots and the security guard doesn't do anything much. The air-con was leaking and the refrigerator kept making noise. The staff doesn't care at all. There is WiFi available but you have to add them via LINE official account for the username and password. It is fine if you're Thai and use Line normally in everyday life but what about foreigners that aren't using Line. It's inconvenient for them.

2nd time i stayed here; first time was when they opened , maybe 20 years ago, this time 2 nights; this place requires 2 ratings: 1) IF you are traveling and just need a clean, quiet,in-expensive bed and would leave early the next morning and dont require anything else, then rating = 5 2) IF you are staying overnight and expect shops,restaurants, options nearby, especially early in the morning, then rating =2; there is nothing of quality (save restaurant pla pow and restaurant/coffee house che-gu (now closed on sundays)); as an example, there is a steak-house nearby that closes at 4pm, opens at 10 i think; a dinner place that isnt open for dinner.... security guard at night in the lobby (?!) 500 baht deposit (?!) smallish room; amazingly my room had a window in the bathroom, and the bathroom is on an inside wall ?! prices 500 ish M-F 7-50ish weekends; i wont stay there again

All good and clean also location is very convenience and there are some food shop near by especially there are one food restaurant next to hotel very delicious with reasonable price.

The staff are un polite!!! No accountability and commitment!!! BAD service !!! “ if you want to complain about the hotel go to your booking website “ that what i got from front desk 🙄🙄🙄
