B2 Nimman Premier Hotel

Okay rooms with non-existent wifi and AC. Staff barely interested to understand or resolve the issue and instead palming us away to talk to our booking provider. Any disabled people looking to stay here please do not come as the elevator is only accessible by stairs with no ramp! If you’re a backpacker wanting a nights rest - I suppose this is good for you if you’re wanting a place to sleep with no expectations for wifi and AC.

I have no doubt to return to this hotel since I always stay this place several times. So as a returning guest, I requested to have the mountain view plus located in a high floor. But what I got was 2nd flr with opposite mountain view.||So now you feels of how disappointed I’ve got ! I went to the reception to change the room boz I ll be here for 4 nights huts but GSA Khun Ploychompoo always coming with a solution and said NO NO NO NO NO !! ONLY said No even changing any day during my stay she says no ! Coz every room occupied til I checked out true ? No one check out ? But my friend will check in tomorrow so ….||Lie Face Not Too Soft !||This is going to be my last time here, no more !

02-07-24 Reviewing as I am staying in the room (602) will check out tomorrow. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and nicely decorated. My room has an extended sitting area, very spacious. Staff are pleasant, helpful and speedy when I requested for needed items. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, hair salon and massage parlor. Price: $50.02 for 2 nights (Feb 6 & 7), taxes and fees $8.85.

What a lovely hotel. Counter managers were so helpful and professional, and the guard was so gentle and kind. Room was new and clean, comfy. I love the city but also this hotel. 100% sure to visit again if have a chance later!

I booked superior premium room. Not worth the price. Inside the room is good. But outside there was a wall and a tree covering whole view. AC is not properly cooling the room. I booked it for 2 days and when i asked for 2 more water bottles for next day they asked for extra money . No pool

got a chance to stay only a night, but was such an impressive experience. Small & Budget hotel, but classy ambiance and very modern and perfect - match decor. hotel lobby is peaceful which makes hotel look more sophisticated and classy. Hotel room is clean with excellent furniture set up. All in all, this hotel is recommended since there are several branches in Thailand and, importantly, not cost you anymore.By the way, service from Front Desk staff is unparalleled.

The hotel is pretty dirty with dust everywhere. At first I thought I came in a bad day when I saw dust on the furniture, the floor and the lift outside the room. But staying here for 2 nights, nothing is cleaned. Hairdryer was broken but got replaced. Reception can't speak english but say yes when I asked if I can request a 1 hour late check out at 1pm. After being outside until 11:45, the reception called that there will be additional charge if we dont check out at 12pm. We've been called to move our bike by the reception eve though we are outside the hotel 😂. It's a funny experience staying at this hotel. Never write bad review before but some things are hard to change but simple things like these supposed to be a standard for people who work in hospitality industry.

Request to stay on high floor with the mountain view but got opposite. Asking to change the room but did not response any request even stay more than 5 days !
