B2 Pai Premier Resort

We had a wonderful stay at B2 Pai — it was our second time coming back! The hotel is located in a peaceful area, yet it’s very close to the local market and just a short walk to the walking street market. The staff were all friendly, the manager was especially helpful and made us feel very welcome. We loved the pool and really enjoyed the pool access room. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, making it great value for money. Highly recommend B2 Pai for anyone looking for a quiet and affordable stay in Pai!

Waited for 20 min before anyone showed up in reception to help us, we looked around and couldn’t find anyone. Room was fine bathroom and shower very small and could use a fix. Walls and doors very thin so we could hear anything going on in and around the hotel, someone even vacuumed at 6 am the first night. Also hotel seems a little ghost towny since there is no bar no breakfast and no nothing expect rooms Comfy bed though and very nice to be able to step into the pool. Location not too far from city center.

Absolutely Awful Stay – Would Never Recommend Our stay at B2 Pai Resort was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had – and it completely soured our time in what is otherwise a beautiful place. To start, the shower in our bathroom was broken, blasting out scalding hot water with no way to adjust the temperature. We had to call someone to come up and fix it. We found multiple bugs in our room, especially in the corners, which was unsettling enough – but on the second night, we discovered a lizard inside the room. We immediately contacted the staff, who came up but were unable to remove it as it disappeared into the wardrobe. We were forced to sleep with a lizard in the room – not something you expect when paying for accommodation. By the fourth night, we returned to our room to find two more lizards. At this point, we had to demand to be moved to a different room. The new room we were given didn’t help much – the air conditioning didn’t work at all, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. If that wasn’t enough, on our final night, we noticed a leak coming from the ceiling, likely from the broken A/C unit. We went out for the evening and returned to find our bags completely soaked, as the leak had continued all night long. We made multiple complaints to the staff throughout the week and again during checkout, but they were consistently unaccommodating and unhelpful. We requested at the very least a partial refund, which was refused. Instead, they handed us an email and phone number to follow up with – we’ve tried both, and no one has responded. The lack of cleanliness, pest issues, broken amenities, and terrible customer service made this stay abysmal. Save yourself the frustration and book literally anywhere else.

Worst hotel experience I had. Pictures are lying, we got a room with a broken bed, stained sheets, zero help from the staff, the hotel was in construction without letting us know about it before our arrival. We checked out after the first night even though the booking was for 7 nights, not worth the money. if you have any self love or care, avoid this hotel at all cost.

This was a lovely hotel, the bed was large and comfy the room was very spacious and we had a pool right outside. We did was that the bathroom door didn't fully close and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Other than this we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

We were in this hotel for 10 days total. The main advantage of this hotel is the pool area. Its is 15 minutes walk from tge walking street so if you dont a good transportation it can be hard to walk it on sunny days. The rooms are big and nice but notice that the toilet and shower are very small and not so comfortable. For the price we paid for the hotel it was worth it. I must say that the stuff of the hotel is pleasnt and helped as with everything that we needed.

This hotel needs to be closed, completely renovated or torn down. It is horrid. The pictures are lying. The paint is peeling off of everywhere. The bathroom fixtures are falling apart. The water runs from both the sink and shower sporadically. I asked when I got there if there would be cockroaches in the room and was told no. I had 2 that I killed in my room!!!

Very noisy groups of young men shouting and playing music till after 4am. Not much done by hotel staff to stop them so continued on for three days. Unfortunate, as the hotel itself is lovely.
