The Hotel located a bit far away from downtown and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. My first impression for this hotel was bad. They are not welcoming to guests and most of staff can not speak English. The next thing is they attached the hotel lobby and cafe. At first I couldn’t find where I have to check-in because there is no direction to the lobby. They wrote a tiny letter on the window and it’s a bit awkward. The lady at the reception is no smiling to guests and I saw she doesn’t even pay attention to the guests who check out. Because she have to do pair work the receptionist and barista. The room space is wide but the facilities are old. The old refrigerator has to plug on all the time and if you don’t a lot of ice are melting on the floor. In addition, the toilet is not clean and too old. The water heater doesn’t work well and the hot water always come out first. The TERRIBLE thing is the air-conditioner, when you open the air-con after some minutes the water are dropping from the pipe line. l have informed to the reception to fix the air-con and they said the technician team will come fix later. However, nobody come to do the service before the check-out day. It was pretty annoying. The breakfast is a cup of coffee and one panner roll for each person. The coffee taste is really bad and I chose to drink Milk.The room view seem like tranquility and natural beauty. In reality, the hotel is located beside the highway so, the car and motor bike are noisy. There is no bellboy and after you check-in you have to go find your room by yourself with your luggage. The housekeeping are blocked the bed sheets and their cleaning elements at the stair case. I couldn’t consider how to exit if emergency happened. Otherwise, the elevator is too old and it’s shaking sometimes. I understand that it budget hotel, however it has too much inconvenience in there. Overall, I want to rate the hotel 1.5 star and I felt the room fee is not worth. This is my honestly review based on my 4 days and 3 nights experiences. Thus, l would recommend to choose something better.

A few days ago, I saw a female employee who was not sure whether she was a boss or a manager. She scolded the housekeeper or the staff in front of many customers who were waiting to check in. She said bad sentences and shouted loudly. I think her behavior was very inappropriate. A good warning should use the right words or tone of voice, like a mature person, not like someone who lacks art or emotional intelligence. Seeing this situation made me feel sad. This behavior shows the basic psychology, ideology, and attitude that lacks leadership or professionalism in management !! In another case, I saw a customer who wanted to change rooms because there was a problem with the room. When the customer changed rooms as desired and left the cafe, I saw the woman who looked like the manager gossiping with the staff at the check-in counter, making fun of the customer, while other customers were sitting in the cafe. Everything that happened was very bad The environment was also bad. 1 star is too much 🤢🤮

Clean and decent for the price. Breakfast is just a wrap so don't expect too much from that. It was a tasty wrap to be fair, but I was expecting a buffet.

I have been staying here from time to time. At first everything was so amazing but my recent stay wasn't pleasant. The room was a bit dirty and old. The shower was quite terrible. The water pressure was very weak and the water was yellow which cuased me allergic reaction.

Hotel is clean. The staff is helpful. There is a cafe that open 24 hours and also is a front desk for check-in.

It takes such a long time preparing breakfast and check out so you should spare some time if you are in hurry.

For 23$ a night, the room itself was great but we had a few hiccups. First, this B2 hotel is a bit on the older side. We got lucky and had a room with a nice view but you can easily get a room facing another room. Inside, the floor was not freshly mopped, there were ants, and the sheets had stains (this is common so I guess I'm getting used to it). The worst part was the AC. It made a weird buzzing sound variable in pitch and it would randomly crack making it really hard to fall asleep. Someone did come to see it but they said it could not be fixed. We asked for another room (with one bed, which is what we paid for) like the "superior" room they had available but they wanted to charge us more for it... They offered us a 2 single bed room but that is not what we originally had and wanted... Overall, customer service was very meh 😕. If you land in a room with no problems, you'll be fine as the room itself is good for the price.
