B2 Santitham (Wat Jed Yod) Boutique & Budget Hotel

Very basic hotel, good location if you have a scooter (which we rented from 24hour fuel, worked out perfectly for us) Not the cleanest room, and not very sound proof rooms! We were there during the Lantern Festival, so there wasn't many options to choose from. Would not go back to this hotel!

Do not trust other reviews! This place is disgusting and there are far better options for a similar price. Bathroom and balcony was filthy, room was below basic, staff did not do anything significant to alleviate my concerns, noise from the road, security staff outside and flights make it even worse.

This was a perfect budget hotel for my trip to chiang mai. I think it outperforms the cost, and I would stay here again as a solo traveler. It is not too far from city, though I would’ve loved a closer convenience store. Other guests can be a bit noisy sometimes.

very clean room 318 was nice with a view on the mountain.what i didn't like:they impose to give a phone number or an email to get the wifi.Noise inside the building: from the corridor, the upper floor and next room. I could hear drunk people all night.

Overall its nice to stay for budget hotel. Lack of amenities

Location is in a dark alley, parking is limited if you come back late and have to park at roadside.There is a lift provided, but metal plate in front of the lift make it extremely hard to push our luggage… Not sure why all the B2 hotel have such design.

Not sure why they having good reviews , dirty & uncomfortable, you can hear people from other rooms

Fairly clean hotel that's in a great location. Just 3min motorbike ride to Nimman and right next to a great gym called Muscular Lair. Very affordable so no complaints that service is a little poor.
