Nice and clean, but really poor internet connection and no shop or vending machine nearby. Location is good, close to the super highway

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

The room did not remind us of the photos very well. It was dark and dingy. Much more of a motel by the highway feel. The front desk doesn't speak much English and our aircon dripped all night.They have many signs everywhere reminding you how much you will pay if something is broken or damaged, which made it a bit hostile and unwelcoming.||||But the room is big and the shower water is hot, and the bed relatively comfortable. Wifi worked great in our 4th floor room. ||||300TBH deposit when you check in. Not so good for people without their own transportation as it seems to be in a very unpopulated block, with a field on one side and small shops on the other.

Great place, friendly staff. I stayed here almost a month and felt at home.||||10-15 minute walk from lots of great food options, and less than 5 minute walk to two wonderful gyms. Very short Grab ride to Maya Mall.||||The room is a little dark but it's very clean and high quality for the price.

I am fine with the location. It's walkable to most anything I need: local food, Maya mall, Nimmon, and 20 min walk to the old city. But everything else about the place is horrible. I stayed a little over 2 weeks because I booked in advanced. I've been in some bad places, so I figured I could deal with this. Bad idea! Room is a narrow concrete cell with one window in the back the size of my head and two very dim lights. No natural light, poor drainage in the shower, and you can hear the toilet bubble up at night. The back of the room has black and white mold growing as well. ||||Also, I can hear everything from ALL the adjacent rooms. Even the bar across the street is loud but only until midnight. The worse is that the travelers treat the place more like a hostel than a hotel. Loud Loud Loud with drunk Thais returning from the bars. I think this has a lot to do with how cheap it is. I guess you get what you pay for. ||||My advice, don't be this cheap. Go to a better place.

The wifi to connect is not intuitive and the staff was at a loss for words on actually how to instruct me the night I arrived. It's not located near any convenient locations within walking distance. My key card deactivated multiple times during my stay. They ask for a 500 baht deposit to protect the keycards given out and they already do not work well. The walls are paper thin and can hear nearly everything especially banging and construction at 4 AM. Could not sleep at all during the hours of the night for the few days I was there. Grab food and Grab are the only things of convenience and have no relation to this location. I would not recommend staying here, the staff is not attentive other than the basics.
