Baan Grood Arcadia Resort & Spa

Quiet and clean resort with at least 2 pools - the main one was very large, clean and with depths clearly marked. We stayed in Back to Brown which had 2 bedrooms plus a seating area and veranda, so was completely self contained and nicely furnished. Worked well for our family or for 2 couples. The beach is lovely and the hotel is right on it. It’s a quiet area with a few good restaurants near the hotel and a 7-11 an easy walk away.

Nice quiet convenience location. Free shuttle pick up and drop off at Ban Krut train station. My charming sea view villa is very fresh and clean. Breakfast included, large airy with indoor and outdoor seatings. Not the largest variety but all tasted very good.

Hôtel is well located, bungalow spacious, clean and quiet. The beach front of the hotel is very nice and well maintained. Very good Thai breakfast Unfortunately it's low season, have some works a bit noisy at day,, main pool is out if service. But I recommend

The best and biggest resort in this area! We stayed here about 10 years ago, but it’s still new, clean, and even expanding to be a bigger one! The food, cafe’ and staffs are very impressive as always! We’re highly recommended for everyone especially who comes with the family. My son spent almost the whole day on the beach in front of the resort, since it’s very clean and clam! Will visit here again! ❤️

Booked for a night extended extra one because of the nice atmosphere. Perfect gateway. Calm and relax place. Food is exceptional. The reception lady is fluent in English and much helpful. Definitely will come there again . We love the stay and the beach. Parking is available. Very safe place. We used the pool opposite to the villa but we heard there is another pool. But one is enough. Room lighting needs a little improvement especially in the bedroom. Bathroom was large and bright which is good. Nearby local restaurants which is great experience. Only problem is the electric plug in the seating area near the pool was not functioning. Overall experience is great and wonderful .would be back.

We booked directly with Baan Grood Arcadia Resort & Spa. We stayed one night Baan Grood Arcadia Resort & Spa on the way from Koh Tao to Bangkok in July 2025. The room was excellent. The pool in the front was nice and clean. The buffet in the morning was good. The resort is near the beach. The area is clean.

Breakfast, swimming pool, communal areas, customer service, the attached coffee shop, were all excellent. However, we were a little disappointed in our garden view villa (there was no view to speak of and the room was quite small) We stayed in Baan Grood for 5 days and during that time, poked our heads in at a few other resorts a short walk away. Although the Acadia has a great location, we found better-looking options in terms of room standard and gardens. But overall, the Acadia was satisfactory. My wife says it worth 8/10.

Good location on a very quiet beach. Large pool area. Service is good. Breakfast average Thai style.Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with king beds divided by a slamm sitting area. Large terrace and a exclusive sala sitting area.Only surprise is that it wa constructed out of old shipping containers...Otherwise a good stay.
