Baan Huenphen Boutique Hotel

Stayed here as a group with kids. Very Cozy place and very friendly staff. They helped us arrange for sightseeing tours and booking tuktuk also sometimes. Breakfast had a limited spread but was tasty and filling for us and the kids. Dinner at their rooftop restaurant was very tasty. Lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants are in walking distance. Could easily walk to the riverside, markets and several tourist spots from the hotel.

Our experience in this hotel was really good. The service was incredible, all staff were so kind and willing to help with everything. The location is priceless, just a short walk from night market and temples. The room was spacious and comfortable, our only but here was an odd smell coming from the bathroom every morning probably related to the humidity or just the pipes, however, not a big deal. Definitely will visit again.

Mao and Best are great and very friendly and helpful! The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved the location! We are next door to many massage places, we tried two places and both were amazing! (Da massage and the blind massage) Great restaurants near by, my son and us loved the icecream at Na ma Me Ma across the street, the Sunday night market a block away is amazing and the hotel is close to lots of beautiful temples very close by. It's close enough to the action but still very quiet. We highly recommend it!!! We absolutely love it here!

Very beautiful hotel, well located in the city of Chiang Mai. I adore the authenticity of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the pool is lovely. What sets them apart is the familiar atmosphere and the Thai breakfast, which allowed me to further explore the culture. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, but I will definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

Right next to the Wat Chedi Luang temple side entrance, so it's convenient to go over and not crowded during festivals The hotel is super clean! People are all very friendly and helpful. Both Ken and Mao are super friendly and helpful with giving recommendations Breakfast can be improved since its the same all the days we were there for 5 days. It's in a quiet lane but plenty of massages on the same street Walk 200m and u will have food options Room is spacious, we took the double room without balcony. Even with the queen bed, still plenty of of room to walk around and for luggage They also supply water throughout the stay. Only thing I see to improve is the toilet which has a smell after using, or overnight, probably due to the drainage. But it's not very very bad, just lingers. Overall still recommended for a comfortable stay and good prices!

Perfect spot for exploring down town on feet. It's quiet at night because it's on a side road. Rooms are decent size and clean. Although the floor could be washed more frequently. Toiletries are also supplied as well as 4 small bottles of water and coffee/tea. Laundry service if needed it's also available, although didn't do a great job. Service people are absolutely amazing.

Excellent experience. Everyone at the hotel was very kind and helpful. The location is super central, with great restaurants nearby. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast also amazing. If you want to move around you can just borrow their bicycles. No downsides to this hotel!

Our one week stay was so wonderful, we ended up staying on another month! The rooms were cleaned so nicely each day and we had a balcony in the trees that I just adored. The open-air halls and common areas were tastefully adorned with unique art and antiques. And the location in Old Town was on a quiet block with a very short walking distance to everything, including Walking Street. But most of all, the staff!! Mao, Best, and Noom helped in so many ways to make this feel like home … from teaching us Thai words/phrases, to giving us a beautiful handmade lantern for the festival, to daily breakfast, and so much more. Highly recommended!
