Baan Kachitpan

We enjoyed our stay very much in the cozy room on the ground floor and a shared bathroom. Place is very well looked after, clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, had the best sleep. Great breakfast. Host is very helpful and welcoming. Location is easy to navigate to once know the surroundings.

Just checked out of Baan Katchipan and I absolutely loved my stay! 🏡✨ The place feels so homey — like you're just relaxing at home while on vacation. The room was very clean, spacious, and most importantly, safe. You can really breathe and feel at ease. 🌿🛏️ Though the toilet and bath are shared 🚿, they are super clean and well-maintained. The house itself is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting after a long day of exploring. 😌🌙 Most of the guests were from Europe and America 🇺🇸🇫🇷, and during my stay, I was the only Filipino 🇵🇭 — but I still felt very welcome. I booked with breakfast included, and wow, it was heavy and delicious 😋🍳🥐. Great way to start the day! The location is 💯 — very near to famous tourist spots and easy to book a Grab 🚗. The staff were very friendly and accommodating 🥰 though there were some small challenges with English communication, but nothing major. They really try their best to assist. Overall: Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I visit Bangkok again, I’d love to stay here once more. 🩷

Best stay i had in Bangkok. Staff is very nice, beds are really good and the atmosphere is great. Shared Bathrooms are no problem, but you can't switch off the Aircon, so it's always running. Breakfast is also very good, with local fruits, bacon and egg. Cats are also everywhere.

This place is very cute and has everything you need! It’s close to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is definitely the highlight! They even helped us book a taxi to the airport on our last day for 600 baht. Great stay in Bangkok!

Very nice people, beautiful house, helpful people. Walking distance to the city and tourist attractions. It's in a dead-end street, and it's difficult to find and get used to at first. No one is constantly attending. We had to wait until the morning because the hot water in the shared shower was broken. There were cockroaches in the shower. Our room was dreary and not very bright. The breakfast wasn't to our liking, but they immediately helped and changed it. I might stay again for the nice people, otherwise I'dont have to choose.

Quiet, lush oasis in the heart of Bangkok! Easy walk to Grand Palace, Wat Pho, piers. And sitting sipping coffee on the peaceful patio dotted with plants, small fountains, and napping cats you would never know you're in the heart of the city. Air conditioning and shower were both great. Breakfast is outstanding

We had a wonderful stay at Baan Kachitpan! It is more of a beautiful bed and breakfast than a hostel and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The mattress is hard but I slept very well on it. The staff is so kind and welcoming, I really enjoyed interacting with them. The location is very close to attractions yet is quiet and peaceful. We spent time on the rooftop patio in the mornings and evenings. The house isn’t sound proof, but we didn’t have an issue sleeping and the other guests were very respectful. I definitely recommend!

Extremely nice place to stay. Super nice owner, she doesn't speak English but was willing to communicate via translator. Cosy rooms, nice place to sit outside as well. Clean bathrooms. Great location. Good price. And amazing breakfast: always something warm plus local fruit.
