Room was comfortable and clean. Room with own Bathroom/AC/fridge and everything worked well. Balcony view was back across main road and there was a kitchen sink on the balcony, no idea what that would be for but it could be handy if you want to handwash some clothes.|Bath towels provided in room with some shower gel, shampoo & tooth brush kits a nice touch even if I didn't use them. Beach towels provided upon request at front desk and also umbrellas available to use which is handy if it looks like raining as you head out. Walk to beach is easy, flat and only a few hundred metres. There was a lock up box in the cupboard accessed using a key provided. There was always someone at the front desk which is reassuring, there is a rear access doorway from the street behind that is open as well and would be difficult for staff to maintain a view on people coming a going which is less than reassuring. There was no food served by the hotel however there is a few options around very close by in either direction that are plausible.|Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is stunning and perfect for relaxation. It’s so quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything you might need. The rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Their warm and cheerful attitude truly made the experience memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

The room and hotel look absolutely nothing like the pictures online – they’re completely different and seem to have been taken when the hotel was first built. The room had a strong mold smell, making it very unpleasant to stay in, and it’s clear that urgent renovations are needed. The walls are all stained. While the reception staff were friendly, my experience was frustrating. I tried to request a refund for the booking, but the people from Booking.com said I needed to resolve it with the hotel manager, who was impossible to reach. The hotel reception looks very bad. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. Some positive aspects: - the bed linens were clean - they clean the room every day, change the towels, and provide fresh water. Booking.com doesn’t allow me to leave a review for this accommodation even though I stayed here. I would not recomand staying here.

First of all, I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff, especially the girls at the reception. They were not only incredibly hospitable and helpful, but also became my friends. Bed linen and towels were changed every day, the location is very convenient, there are many cafes and bars on the street, and the beach is only a 7-minute walk away. I came for just a few days, but ended up staying for more than a month. Next time in Phuket, only here!

Friendly, helpful staff, always happy to chat and help. Dorm rooms are simple and effective, comfy too. AC works a dream! Location is great & they give a free beach towel if you want one.

The staff is very kind. The welcome drink is amazing—I really love it. The room looks nice. There are delicious restaurants near the hotel.

I stayed 2 nights in a shared room and definitely recommend this place to everyone! Welcome drink offered upon arrival, free coffee and relaxing area, privacy with lockers and curtains around your bed. The staff is super welcoming, smiling and helpful. The location is also amazing as in 5 minutes walking you are by the beach and in the same street there are plenty of bar, supermarket and other activities. Everything really super positive!!

Please be aware that the pictures are very deceiving. No wall pictures or soft lighting as in the photos. The boat in reception is empty. No seating, books or tables as in the photos. We stayed here previously back in 2019 and sadly it has deteriorated quite dramatically. You cannot fault the staff who are friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean but tired looking. The pillow cases were marked and the white towels were yellow or very off white! There was a kettle but no coffee until the house service left some the following day. The water in the bathroom had been turned off but we managed to locate the water tap. The air con control was not working so had no option to alter the output. On the plus, good location and a short walk to the beach. Overall we were disappointed and will not book again...there are plenty more to choose from in Kamala for a similar price.
