Baan Kamala

This was my first time staying at a hostel, and it turned out to be a much better experience than I expected. From the very first day, all the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and polite. Their service was excellent and made me feel very comfortable and welcome, which I truly appreciated. The room was very clean, with daily housekeeping. Towels were changed every day, and the bed was made daily as well. You can really feel that they pay attention to details and genuinely care about their guests. I stayed in a shared dorm room with 6 beds, arranged as bunk beds (upper and lower). At first, I was a bit nervous about staying in a shared room, but it turned out to be a great experience. All my roommates were very nice and friendly. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured at all, and we could easily talk and get along with each other. This made the atmosphere in the room even more pleasant. Overall, this is a very comfortable, clean, and safe hostel. I had a wonderful stay and was truly impressed. If I have the chance to come back to Kamala again, I would definitely choose to stay here again 🤍✨

Location close to beach and central. Great service, refillable bottles or kettle for coffee if needed and downstairs in common area. Don’t expect anything flash . It’s convenient and was so quiet considering you step out into the street. Everyone gives attention when needed. I wanted an iron and Paul ant reception obliged me. Smiles from the room service staff . Made our rooms up early .

Had a really lovely stay here! The staff were all so kind and friendly. Our room was big, clean and comfy and good aircon. The shared bathroom is not an issue as there is one on every floor and we only shared with 1 other room, it was also very clean. Would absolutely stay here again! ❤️

Very cozy and good hostel, very clean rooms and you get new towels everyday. You can get bea h towels and just return them after use. Nice staff. First hostel I have been to and really comfortable

I had a wonderful stay! The room was updated and clean. I loved the Bluetooth speaker and wireless charger. The area is quiet, yet bars and the beach are just a short walk away. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again!

The hostel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The service is excellent; your room is cleaned every day, and you even get a new towel! The staff is friendly and helpful.

People here are very friendly and accommodating especially Paul! It was my first time backpacking as well and he guided me through different local favorite cuisine. Highly recommended 🙌🫶🏻

The rooms were immaculate one of the best night sleeps I’ve had in a while. The staff were lovely and very helpful and it’s a great location near the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
