Good price and comfortable room feels like home

Recommend. It’s superb for the price we paid. It seems like this hotel has just been renovated. It may looks old from the outside but the room itself is good.

Good location , 24 hour counter service . Have minimart and massage shop

Miss Onpreeya and her auntie, took well care of me and gave me the warmest welcome and they made sure I'm comfortable, its not something you see anywhere so I want to recommend them to anyone who's planning to stay on Chiang mai, believe me you won't regret it.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the hotel is cheap to stay at but the area is not good for family's that want to stay a few nights. The area feels a bit untouched by tourists and it's not lit up much so I wouldn't advise walking down the street it's on at night, we stayed for 3 nights and we had a motorbike to get to and from so it was ok for us! Other than that the hotel was reasonable.

Great budget hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the train and bus station (less than 100baht in a grab taxi). Good fresh coffee stall outside and decent internet. Stayed here a few times when we've had to stay in the city. Inconsistent decorated rooms but if all you want is a bed and aircon, here you go. Every room has an ashtray too if you want to smoke in your room. Has a fridge with drinks, yoghurt and ice cream downstairs. Pot noodles and sachet coffee available too

Is a old hotel. Must be shine during it time. The room are big. Today merely a hand full of local and passed by stay here. Due to long neglected maintenance. Water is week, carpet are age old, bath room is uncomfortable. Not recommended for tourist.

It's an okay place. Outdated and the walls are dirty but the floors, bedding and towels are clean. Hot water in the shower. For the price its acceptable but there are much better places for a bit more money. Off the beaten path a bit but food and 7 elevens within walking distance. If you're doing Chiangmai on a budget and aren't afraid of outdated then Baan Krungthai could be for you. ***no credit cards taken here only cash***
