Hôtel is OK clean and climatisation. Breakfast included. Could be OK with some efforts to heat up the foods. The supports are equipped to light candles so just do it. So in conclusion at least quite a good choice to eat even if Cafe is powder. Fresh fruits is a good point. You can come in this hotel ... just be aware about the breakfast 😜

This is value for money in Ch Mai. It is located near walking street and very close to old city 10 min walking distance. Rooms are spacious with air con and bit old furniture, everything was maintained clean. During night hotel is very quiet. There are numerous tours which can be booked via hotel and laundry service can be done via hotel with prices from 50 tbht. Hotel has own parking, and you can rent motorbike via hotel too. Furniture is bit old and wasted but you get what you pay. And for same money in old city I don't think so that you will get better accommodation and room of same size. Staff was helpful.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a couple of nights whilst visiting Chang Mai. The hotel itself is what you expect for the star rating, simple but it does the job. The room was clean and the bed was big, the bathrooms were nice enough. One big downfall for us was that they do not supply you with a safe!!!||We had breakfast included with our deal, which was the American breakfast. Unfortunately it was very bad, the eggs were cold and we got slices of ham as opposed to bacon. However the little chef lady was adorable and very nice, so that made up for the poor breakfast. ||Location wise the hotel was great, right in the old town and based opposite where the street food market is every night. Could walk anywhere really. ||Would recommend if your travellers like ourselves and are trying to budget.

This is a really good choice if you're looking for cheap accommodation, yet close to Old Town of Chiang Mai, airport and Night Market, but still a hotel. Walking distance to Wat Chedi Luang. Spacious rooms, also the bathroom was not the smallest. Aircondition provided and working properly. Very reasonable rates, great value for money. Kind and friendly staff speaking English. Was very satisfied with staying there.

Great location near the South gate of the old town, but still hidden and not likely to be found by accident/passing by. Nice rooms, clean, well equipped and maintained, great value for their very moderate room rates (600 Baht walk in rate). Friendly and helpful staff and there would be nothing to complain about if I had not opted to take their breakfast for extra 100 Baht. This was a disgrace for the place and it may have spoiled my intention to come back and stay here with a bunch of friends for several days on a regular basis. The so called American breakfast consisted of one small fried egg, 2 ultracheap sausages and 2 slices of ham whch must have spent ages in plain water as the last bit of flavour had been completely washed out (not palatable, could not eat it). Orange juice was cheapest orange flavoured syrup mixed with water (not palatable), coffee was 2 sachets of instant coffee and a teapot filled with hot water. No milk available, just creamer, no butter just margarine, cheapest jam, 2 slices of toast (along with the lone egg the highlights if this breakfast). Whoever made the decision to select and buy the ingredients for this breakfast has no idea what he was doing and seem to have no interest in making his guests happy (so they will hopefully return in the future). It may not even cost more to scrap the ham and sausages and replace them with 2 slices of bacon and an extra egg. In my case the decision to possibly save a few Baht by using inferior ingredients and one small egg instead of the commonly served 2 will cost the place a 5 digit figure in lost future business - call it instant karma. Service lady was helpful and friendly, but restricted by what she was able to serve. She even offered to go to 7/11 and buy real milk for my coffee.||So if you just come for the room (and don't expect a view): yes, I recommend the place! There are lots of places with good food within walking distance near the South Gate.

Booked this hotel November 9 to 12. Only good location. Hotel lobby was OK but room was old and not like photos, bathroom was very hot and smelly, then we asked to changed to a different room, they showed a same room but different floor (called deluxe room) and wanted to charge more cause they was an old dryer in the room. End up just left hotel and find "The Chateau resident" nearby, same price, newer, double size room and cleaner. Don't waste money to stay there. The are nearby, " The Chateau residence, Noble House Residence or Smith Residence" around the same price.

We stayed here for 5 nights: loved the staff except for the manager(?), location is great since the market is close by and the Saturday night market is by there. Facility is not the best, had some bug problems but they let us switch rooms. We used their laundry service 3x, the last time we got someone else's socks and boxers. Would recommend if you are traveling on a budget, or out and about most of your day!

We stayed here for 4 weeks. You will hardly find something better for the money (all in all about 8€ per night for a big, basic room with balcony and bathroom). |Once a week the housekeeping comes, cleans the room, changes bed linen and towels. There is a restaurant, WiFi works good, you've got cable TV, electric cettle and room service.|The staff is available from early morning until 22 pm and tries to help, as much as they can. |But... |We have got cockroaches in our room and not just one. |Of course, they are everywhere in Chiang Mai, just wait for the dark and you won't miss them everywhere in the streets. |And one cockroach would be acceptable, maybe even two during a month. But we are here since 8 days and we've seen 4 until now. Every two days one cockroach...|Maybe it's just our room? No idea.|But that's not so funny. If you deeply hate and detest cockroaches (as I do) maybe this isn't the place for you to be. ||Otherwise, it is a cheap and reasonable option for a longer stay in Chiang Mai. |
