Stayed for 3 nights and very satisfied. Quiet location but easy walk to Old Town area. Lovely large room, large bed firm but comfortable, air conditioning worked well, bathroom fine with good space to spread out bits and pieces. Daily water and room cleaning was super prompt. Pool a welcome relief after a long day out but definitely needs a few more sun lounges, two are not enough for the whole hotel. Overall would recommend to anyone happy for a short walk into town.

Tucked away down a side street with a few basic “shops” the hotel has reasonable size rooms but no balconies. The first floor ( one up from ground) has a terrace with views where you can smoke. A small quirky eco (salted water) pool with a couple of loungers on the ground floor. Unfortunately no room safes above ground floor but the staff are vigilant. Rooms are large with a more than adequate en-suite. A comfortable and good value hotel. TheThe location is 140 meter from an original moat from the first city built a few hundred years ago and in an excellent position for exploring. Several quirky bars nearby. Alien, Anniversary and for those who like to go to locals bars Tip-Top run by Tip. Her and her pals are so welcoming we spent two hilarious late nights there and couldn’t have been made more welcome.

The room was very spacious with all the amenities we needed for our short stay, reception desk are friendly and on hand to help with anything you need. The pool is a lovely bonus especially in the hot weather! Clean, safe and comfy hotel that is a 10 minute walk from Chiang Mai Gate. I will be staying here on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

Nice hotel in a quiet area. It is not within the old city limits, but on a short walk until the old city gate. Staff was really nice and spoke very good English. The room was comfort, spacious and quiet. Definitely good value for money!

Hotel in a great location. very close to the old town but not in the center so there is some greenery. We walked everywhere. The service is very nice, it's very clean, the room was cleaned every day :) the hotel has a beautiful Thai atmosphere, it has a swimming pool in which we swam several times. The service was very nice, we were 3 hours before check-in and we could leave our luggage at the reception. we love this place and would love to come back!!!

This is a very pleasant boutique resort just outside the city walls so quiet but only a few walk to the old town. Rooms are large and nicely furnished in Thai theme. I would definitely stay again. The pool could use a little better maintenance to keep the water looking clean.

10min drive from the airport. We'll located, clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was not avbl., but you have plenty of options nearby. Pool was refreshing and helps to cool down after exploring the city. My room was in the 3rd floor, from my balcony in front of the room nice view for the sunset. I would recommend this place, maybe I'll be back

Wonderful small boutique hotel just outside the old city. We had some issues with the wifi and they replaced the router. Ice, who works the front desk in the day, was very friendly and helpful. She helped us rent a motorbike and way able to answer all of our questions with a smile. There is onsite parking for motorbikes. The pool is nice and cool. The rooms very very pleasant and spacious. The area was quiet, the only noise comes if the other guest are loud. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were very hard but they brought us softer ones with no issue. Stayed about 9-10 days here overall.
