Baan Tebpitak Elegant Ayotthaya

Great stay. The owner was very nice and gave us tips, such as a local night market, for visiting Ayutthaya. Furthermore we got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Room were air conditioned and the breakfast was also delicious. You can also rent a bike for 50 BHT per person! Wifi, pool and TV are also available. Water was complimentary to the room. We had a great stay in Baan Tebpitak!

Perfect place to stay in Ayutthaya. Beautiful tree house with an amazing garden and pool to relax. Very clean and confortable rooms with all what you need. Near everything! You can go to the temples or eat very good food at local restaurants or night markets. And Rita, the owner of Baan Tebpitak, is the best ever! She really understands hospitality and good service!

Amazing guest house. You are a guest here but they treat you like family. I loved every minute of it here. It is very close to a lot of Wats and the whole setup is just beautiful. The dining area is spectacular and the pool area is perfect for relaxing after a full day of sight-seeing. The only bad thing about this place is you have to leave! (At some point I suppose right?) If you are visiting Ayutthaya then you will not regret your stay here! You really do have to stay two days to see all it has to offer.

Stop looking for other places in Ayutthaya, this is the place where you have to stay! Everything was perfect form the first minute till the end. The rooms are spacious, quiet, comfortable and amazingly clean, breakfast is excellent. But the real difference is made by the owners: besides being super friendly and kind, they are an endless source of good tips to enjoy the city. They offer good bikes to rent and a nice custom made itinary to visit the essentials of Ayutthaya with maps and explanations. Recommended without any restrictions, we will for sure stay there when we come back!

It was amazing, the host was so nice and really cares about the travellers, she helped us a lot and her smile was very warm. The room was beautiful, swimming pool clean and big. Thai decoration with birds' songs.. peaceful moment. Thank you !

My wife and I spent 4 nights during Loi Kratong and had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff always pleasant and the owners ever ready with a smile and help in arranging logistics. The breakfast that comes with the room was wonderful as was the coffee and the internet in the room. And of course the pool was a great afternoon break. We highly recommend staying for as long as you can and we plan on returning for more exploring in and around Ayutthaya.

We just loved our 2 nights stay here. Right in the centre of Ayutthaya but yet so quiet. Thai style building, which is very pleasant in a hot place like Ayutthaya. I love the wooden stairs, floors and walls. The pool is also well maintanied and also very convenient after beeing away the whole day. The owner is very helpfull and can rovide you with some great info and tips.

Perfect! Great location, all the facilities you could hope for. We loved the pool, breakfast, service and the ever friendly staff. Cycling to the wat's is great and bicycles can be rented here. If you are coming to Ayutthaya, Baan Tebpitak is the place to stay!
