I stayed here at the beginning of june this year, and ive never stayed somewhere in my life where you are treated like you are a member of the family, it feels like going to stay with your grandparents in the best way possible, breakfast cooked for you, whatever you want they will make it for you. The rooms are beautiful and traditional with all the modern features required for maximum comfort. When i stayed it was my first few days in Thailand and it was the perfect safe place to begin. 100/10 would recommend

I stayed here in November and it was the highlight of my trip to Bangkok. The hosts are a lovely couple who welcomed me with tea and a beautiful tote bag! The breakfast food is cooked in the morning after you choose what you’d like to eat the next day and it was amazing, let me tell you that! And it was always accompanied by a fresh fruit which I thought was a really nice gesture. The room was incredibly spacious I even had like an extra room next to the bathroom which was a very pleasant surprise. The house itself is a traditional house that is very lovely and has a very nice and peaceful outdoor area where you can serve breakfast and relax. Overall, great stay and the hosts are extremely nice, attentive and kind.

From the moment I arrived and received a warm welcome, I felt as though I was staying with family. The building and gardens are magical. Rooms functional, spotlessly clean and with everything you need. The hosts are so warm and welcoming, generous and kind. Breakfast every morning was lovely and freshly cooked. The location is in a quiet side street, but only a couple of minutes walk to shops, market, restaurants, massage, etc; plus very well connected on bus, boat and tuk-tuk routes. Bed was comfy and I slept well. A little paradise in Bangkok.

This little "mom and pop" BnB was the ultimate cuteness. The place is super clean and decorated so elegantly. The two older couple that owns this place were so kind and smiley - you cant help but feel your heart gush when they're around. The breakfast was simple but yummy seated in the green and quiet courtyard. This place is such an oasis with the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. We loved it and will definitely return!

I stayed a week in this very nice and well conserved traditional old house. Wonderful garden, very nice attention of the owners and personalised, great breakfast! Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, 20 minutes walking away from the Khaosan area. Free water, coffee, and tea, and anything you need from a toothbrush to mosquito-repellent. I used to stay closer to Khaosan Rd, but I'm very, very happy to have found this place, and will surely repeat next time, and recommend it warmly! The only inconvenience I found was that the window in my room couldn't open. Everything else, just perfect, including the price. Thank you! 🙏😍

This little guesthouse is a truly hidden gem. It’s located in a quiet and pretty elegant neighbourhood, away from the hustle but very easy for reaching any points of interest with cheap cabs. It’s about 15 mins walk from a pier on the river where it’s convenient to take the purple line ferry to jump off and see some of the historical remarks. Nonetheless, this is what makes this house so special: it’s a quiet place and a breathe of tranquillity, immersed in a lush green garden. You can hear the water from the fountain and the birds chirping all day long, it makes it hard to believe you are actually in busy Bangkok! On top of that, the house is a traditional and original wooden house, with open balconies of almost 100 years ago, surely renovated but still keeping that ancient charm. The place is extra clean and smells wonderful already when you are outside. The rooms are small but comfortable, with AC and private toilet. The owners are really special: truly kind, smiley, generous and helpful. There is the possibility to arrange traditional Thai breakfast, delicious and homemade. If it wasn’t clear so far, I would definitely recommend this place and surely come back the next time I am in Bangkok!
