We were in Singapore and found this gem in our hotel. We enjoyed dinner one evening and high tea one afternoon. We found it to be welcoming and quaint with great service. The menu had a lot of variety that included Asian, Indian, and Western options.
The high tea was interesting in that it started off with a mocktail. The drink was a beautiful lavender color, refreshing coconut taste. The first course of finger sandwiches featured smoked salmon, crab salad with caviar, and mushroom toast. I did not care for the mushroom, and I don't eat fish... but the crab was delicious and fresh. The tea featured some desserts that I was unfamiliar with, like a matcha custard and coconut shot. It had traditional scones with fruit compote and whipped cream.
For dinner, I was craving a burger, and they did not disappoint. The burger was cooked perfectly at medium and was juicy. It did NOT require a lot of condiments. The fries were shoestring, but they were cold. The seafood pasta was packed full of seafood such as mussels, shrimp, scallops, and calamari.
