BABA KABAB

Hole in the wall totally Value for Money; Baba Kabab food is worth driving up North. The meat is fresh and the spices used are adequate neither spicy nor bland. In fact very flavourful. We ordered Shish tawooq and kabab Roob, kofta and special kabab skewers. All very tasty. It’s small place nothing fancy and good and fast service. They run a tight ship so better be prepared with what you want as menu is limited

Probably the most delicious irani kababs in Qatar. Mouth watering. The price is reasonable. Service is good. Tea is free. The family side ambiance is just ok. Parking is a challenge but worth taking.

Baba Kabab is a great spot in Doha for authentic kebabs. I tried their Yogurt Kebab and Lemon Kebab, and both were absolutely flavorful and juicy. The kebabs come in small pieces with little fat cubes that make the meat extra soft and tender. The seasoning is spot on, with the yogurt adding a creamy tang and the lemon giving a refreshing kick. The place itself is simple and straightforward, but the food quality really stands out. Service is efficient, though not overly warm, and prices are fair for the quality you get. Overall, Baba Kabab is worth visiting if you’re looking for juicy, well-seasoned kebabs that hit the spot every time.

The only thing saving this place is the food. The best and most delicious kebabs in Doha. You can't fault them on that. HOWEVER. really popular with everyone so if you come after sunset it's super busy. We waited for over 20min just to be seated. After that the service got even worse another 40min from ordering to food coming out to the table. If you can come during the day time it would be better for you. I came here as a family of 6 I would have gone elsewhere but the wife and her brother had their heart set on this place cause that Mark Weins guy came here. Real bad customer service but bloody nice food.

This is a famous place now that Mark Wiens endorsed it. I wanted to try different types of kebabs for myself and found them to be quite delicious. For me, nothing beats a charcoal grill and fresh flatbread straight out of a tandoor. The staff are very courteous and walked us through the Arabic-only menu. We did not have the time to dine in and had our take out, and will definitely come back for more.

Honestly, one of the best Iranian pocket friendly restaurant in Qatar. The Lemon Kabab is delicious. the authentic Iranian taste and bread is great. The only disadvantage is not having delivery service and not being available of any of the food delivery companies.

It's best when served and eating on the spot or in your car. The bread is typical Iranian, if add more flour instead of refined flour, like the bread at turkish or afghani resturant may boast the taste. Overall it's excellent.

Great local food away from the tourist traps. The food was so delicious. Highly recommend the uber was cheap to get there.
