Babel Dubai

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at Babar Restaurant. The ambiance was lovely, and the appetizers were truly delicious. One of the staff members (Omran) was exceptionally kind, humble, and caring. His service really stood out and added to the positive experience of the evening. However, I did have one disappointing part. I originally ordered the “fish of the day,” listed on the menu for AED 110, but the manager approached me and recommended the sea bass instead. I trusted his suggestion, but unfortunately the fish wasn’t impressive at all — neither the taste nor the presentation matched a AED 350 dish. It felt more like an upsell rather than an honest recommendation based on quality. Everything else was great, especially the starters and the overall service, but the sea bass was not worth the price. I hope next time the recommendations are more aligned with the menu and the guest’s expectations.

Nice Lebanese food … at a cost. The restaurant decor is beautiful. There are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, but they seem obsessed with crowding people together at adjacent tables. Beautiful view of the evening fountain shows. Several times they chose to turn on extremely loud thumping music right when the fountain show was going on. It was so loud you could not hear the fountain music. I asked them to turn off their music and they did … but it makes no sense to me why they kept turning it back on every time the fountain show would start up again - annoying. The food was delicious. I had fatouch, grilled octopus, sea bream, and cheese kunafeh. The fish is cooked whole, but they debone it before serving it to your table. The super stringy, cheesy kunafeh was amazing! The prices are steep, but if you are looking to treat yourself, Babel is a solid choice.

10/2025 We had a overnight layover in Dubai. We were hungry so chose this spot for its decor was really nice. The atmosphere was elegant and they have roof top seating. The servers were very helpful in describing the dishes and were a joy to be around. The food was absolutely amazing! Get the sea bass!!!! The next time I’m in Dubai, I am definitely gonna start back by here !

Great food and lovely ambience. We got to watch the fountains and the view of the sparkling Burj Khalifa from the terrace which was great! The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a bit of everything. The lamb shank with rice was amazing.

Babel at Dubai Mall is truly an exceptional dining experience! The ambiance is elegant with beautifully designed interiors and great seating that makes you feel both comfortable and luxurious. The food is absolutely delicious, with every dish full of authentic Lebanese flavors and presented so well. A special thanks to the beautiful Lujain, who was so attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us—her warm and professional service added so much to the experience. Also, appreciation to Khan & Mahmoud, who helped us find the perfect spot with great seating, making the whole evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Babel for anyone looking for amazing food, excellent service, and a beautiful atmosphere at Dubai Mall.

I recently visited Babel Restaurant at Dubai Mall for breakfast, and it was a genuinely pleasant experience. The staff were extremely cooperative, welcoming, and friendly, which created a great first impression. The breakfast was delicious and nicely varied, offering a good selection of Lebanese and Arabic dishes. The ambiance was elegant and comfortable, with a beautiful interior design. One suggestion for improvement: It would be great if they could include tea as part of the breakfast options—especially since tea is a natural and traditional part of an Arabic breakfast, and most restaurants in the UAE already serve it with their morning meals.

Bebabel is one of those places I always end up at when I’m in Dubai Hills. Good grills, good food, and the staff are genuinely so nice. Simple, comfortable, no effort. Also… the ravioli shish barak is so good that sauce is addictive (bonus: dipping pita in it is a must).

Absolutely outstanding experience at Babel in Dubai Mall! The service is on another level, extremely attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. You can really feel how much they value their guests. The food is incredibly fresh, and every dish is perfectly balanced in flavor and presentation. One of those places you’ll want to come back to every month. Highly recommended!
