Babel Siem Reap Guesthouse

Babel Guesthouse was absolutely outstanding. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was beautifully kept, and the food was genuinely great. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet calm and relaxing. Everything about the stay exceeded expectations. I loved the place, and the people there made it even better.

We are very fortunate to live in Siem Reap with plenty of delightful choices to indulge ourselves. Today, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Babel, and I am so excited to try more from their menu. The pulled pork tacos were incredible! 😋 It was such a peaceful afternoon relaxing in their gorgeous garden. The staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly, and the owners are wonderful. What a lovely family! Thank you very much for a great meal! See you again soon ❤️

Had a delicious dinner here with some friends. Fantastic service and a beautiful atmosphere. Menu had lots of options for all diets and cuisine. Especially loved the dumplings and the poke bowl. Will be back! 🙏

Very lovely garden cafe with a healthy menu. Lots of variety in good options including Khmer favourites and veg options too. Service is friendly and prompt. Coffee tastes good. I had the feta dip with fluffy pitta, just right and tastes great. A nice place for lunch 😋

We loved our stay at Babel Guesthouse. Especially the pool area is well done, and a good place to relax after a day outside exploring the wonderful Siem Reap. The food is also delicious and we ended up eating a lot at the restaurant in sted of going out.

I ordered a poke bowl. It was ok, but nothing like you expect a poke bowl to be. Rice, breaded fish cut up, bean sprouts and peanut sauce, that was it

Babel Siem Reap Guesthouse was a welcome oasis, almost like coming home each night. Walking into the garden/lounge from the heat of the street was always a relief after long days of sight-seeing. The rooms could be a little sparse but comfortable enough. Would have appreciated a fridge although for the price we managed to survive without one. The food from the restaurant was excellent. One of the main attractions when researching accommodation in Siem Reap, and the reason we chose the Babel Guesthouse, was their commitment to sustainable tourism. On one night we ate dinner at another property where the rooms cost twice as much and our meals were either not available or came out overcooked. We were happy to get back to Babel. Would happily recommend Babel Siem Reap Guesthouse and would definitely hope to return one day.
