This is one of my favorite places, food is still Really Good. So good, that I ll definitely come back one day. My avocado toast was GIANT (I d say, you can even cut the portion).
I also really like the order system, that you can scan the QR code, choose what you want, pay via card or Apple Pay, and just wait for the food, super convenient.
But.
1. Both last times we have waited for an hour for our food.
2. When we arrived, some tables had dirty plates and cups after previous clients, and during our whole visit NO One cleaned those tables. The table we chose also had dirty glasses, and it was cleaned only when our drinks arrived.
3. Here comes the weird but I think very important detail: I don’t remember if there was any music in the dining halls, but would be good if you have some because
4. the kitchen is of an open type, and you can hear everything (for instance, during our last visit the waiters were heavily fighting with the chefs and cooks, really awkward feeling to hear everything)
5. the ventilation in the kitchen is weak cause we also smell that something got burned in the kitchen at some point
6. the cutlery was dirty with massive water stains
7. my favorite carrot cake was dry
So there is a huge space for improvement. But I think all those points can be solved.
