Came here to test out the cybex stroller I picked out online in person and so glad I did. The staff member who helped us was very kind and answered all our questions. She was able to order the color we wanted and mentioned delivery would be free to us. It’s so hard to find stores that carry high-end strollers locally so I felt much better being able to test it out in person before buying. Happy to support a local business as well!

Went to look at high end strollers and carseats in person before I decided what to splurge on, its pretty hard to get my hands on anything locally. The owner was very knowledgeable and so helpful and gave her honest pros and cons on each stroller to help me decide which one fit my lifestyle. She works directly with the brands and matches any sales they are having online and will order whatever color item you want, so you’re not limited to what she has in store. I highly recommend coming here, they also had very cute baby clothes definitely will be coming back in the future for other things for my baby!

The store has a nicely curated set of quality baby products. They went above and beyond for me when I needed a car seat at the last minute. Thank you again.

I’m in my third trimester and the car seat I wanted is out of stock nation wide. My sweet husband called all around to find a boutique with one in stock. Baby Kangaroo Philadelphia fortunately had two left in stock and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. They were beyond friendly and offered EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Just visited Baby Kangaroo to check out a certain brand of stroller. The girl that helped us was knowledgeable, helpful, and pointed out so many pros and cons of the various strollers. We will definitely return to make our purchase!
