Really disappointing experience, I was so excited to come in to buy a Nuna leaf, I asked to be shown one and another brand that I saw online, the lady didn’t really seem to want to help, she just got the Nuna leaf out, put it on the ground, did not say one word to us and then walked off. I had a big list of other items to purchase while there but we were a bit stunned so we just left and have gone to dimples for a better experience.

I was served by Leah and Her Colleague sorry I didn't get the name and wanted to say that I am immensely impressed with the service that these ladies provide , they also installed my babies carseat and made sure it was safe secure and gave us a very Informative lesson in how to properly make sure the car seat is intact and in place in the car for baby's safety. These ladies also greet you with a smile and have amazing customer service which was pleasing to see as you don't see this much nowadays. I just went in to buy some things for my colleague who is about to have a baby and was served by Keli. She was very helpful, kind and gave me lots of suggestions as I wasn’t sure what to buy. I had a limit that I had to spend as it was a team present for work and she went above and beyond to help me reach that. She also offered to wrap the present for me and had a range of choices for the wrapping paper. Thank you to her colleague who also helped with this. The store was very nice and clean and I was very happy with my experience. I will definitely come back again! 😊

Thank you for your service, thank you for being friendly. However, we ended up buying from baby bunting Britax Poplar S and other items. The price was better in baby bunting, service was also better in baby bunting compared to baby on the move. The team in baby bunting explained us about the product in detail, made few recommendations and suggested alternates which made us spent more than $600. The team of baby on the move could do better and we would have spent that sum in baby on the move rather than going to a second place. Not that the service was poor or you needed that sum but we did come to “baby on the move” with some expectations which did not get delivered. Anyways, thank you for assisting us with close ended approach this allowed us to make a decision and we made purchases from “Baby Bunting Albany”. Cheers!
