Had dinner with a party for midweek. The matron D was really helpful as we sat in an area with stronger than usual breeze. No problem and moving us to a different location everything worked out fine. Went to order a wine and the mat suggested another wine in the same price point. That was absolutely fabulous. The tapas style food was exceptional. We tried many different options and everybody enjoyed it very much. our favorites was the croquettes that had a rope for cheese in it that was exception. We ordered the crispy lobster. Lobster was really great and not too over battered. We ordered sweet-and-sour shrimp, which was really exception. Every other one of the tapas style was great. we are staying at the Westin hotel and I was very close and everything was perfect for a well-balanced delightful meal. Highly recommended.

Wow! If you are visiting the Cayman Islands I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! We had an amazing dinner. Our waiters recommendations were great and he was helpful. Great service. All of the food we tried was unique and unlike anything we have tried before. The flavors were great. The lamb slid off of the bone and the appetizers were great as well. Highly recommend! Thank you!

This place was so special - they even hand out hair ties to guests seated outside since the wind can get a bit crazy!! We loved the duck ragu, the shrimp skewers with scalloped potatoes, and the lobster bites. The asparagus was really unique too. Everyone was so friendly and kind!

Probably the best restaurant on the island. Every dish was a winner and covers a good spread from fresh light seafood to hearty meat to tender flavorful vegetables. At about the same price point as other fine dining restaurants , Bácaro is better and more consistent.

We would HIGHLY recommend - beautiful setting, fantastic waitstaff, and delicious food! The confit duck leg was our favorite, but you cannot go wrong. Thank you for wonderful experience!

italian (fusion) tapas restaurant with great interior and a variety of flavorful dishes. some food items were amazing & some were decent. everything was plated beautifully but sometimes missed the flavour mark. service was fantastic - our waiter was accommodating & recommended us a wonderful wine! overall a fun dining experience

Incredible tapas food with a lovely atmosphere and variety of seating options inside/outside/open air etc. Staff are knowledgeable and attentive and food is an experience you must try while in Cayman.
