Best place to go to after a day of drinking, just hits the spot!!!!! Their pizzas are literally so dang big it’s unreal! and so good.

Not impressed. Tried their pizza for the first time and the nicest thing I could compare it to is high school cafeteria pizza. We did pick up the pizza, but the cheese was already cool and thickening when we went to eat it. The pizza was very wet and oily and the crust was rather plain. Not really satisfied and I probably won't be back.

They burnt my pizza 🍕 I haven't eaten since 6 in the morning and they burnt my pizza. Should went to a local restaurant like my instincts were telling me

I Dont Know why are they still in Business.. the Pizza Crust is like Leather ..you have to fight it to get a bite out of it..the Size is nice but what good is it if you are only able to eat the toppings??? Please Review your dough recipe....

5/2022 5* Stopped in for Spaghetti. Picked up a slice to go also. Both were amazing! A bit of a wait, but it was worth it. I have never been in here before, but the pizza slices were enormous! And the pizza's, crazy big! 30" pizzas? Wow. That's a big pizza! Check out the picks. It was not the cheapest place in town, but the meals we had were great and we enjoyed them. Looking forward to the next time we are in that area and get a few slices to go!

It was mid. They don’t have some things on the menu and don’t seem to know what they are. We ended up with jumbo slices, which were alright. They weren’t hot or even warm. They only have one set of cheese & red pepper flakes for some reason. $16 for two plain cheese slices, and they were big, but not great.

Last night, we were looking for some thin crust. Ordered a big boy 30” pepperoni and sausage for 4 full grown men. We thought we ordered to much but naw we ordered just right. Pizza was delicious nice and thin. Sauce was great the pep and sausage was delicious. Dipped in their ranch and my socks blew off of how delicious the combination was. 10/10 we’re ordering again.

Omg... simply delicious. Hands down some of the best pizza I've ever had! The deep dish was a cheese lover's (like myself) dream. Next time I'm in Chicago, I will definitely come back!!!

The people are always nice and the service is fast. The first time I ordered it was because I was hoping for a NY slice. But, that's not this pizza. Okay. Fair enough. 2nd time, I went in prepared but ... the crust was overdone, and the sauce is... not pleasant? Maybe it's my own tastes but I just wouldn't get this pizza again. My wife liked her pasta and the salad looked good.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza slice, and almost cracked my tooth as it turned out to have a piece of glass in it. I would not recommend the fires either, tasted pretty stale too!! (Edit:Refund received)

Probably the worst Bacci pizza food I've eaten, but it's still Bacci! It's actually alot nice inside, like a true pizzeria, compared to other Bacci pizza places. Seats and tables to sit galore.

09/02/21 @ 1:30pm. Stopped in to grab something to eat. The first time @ a Bacci's pizza. They serve a ginormous piece of pizza for $8 plus change. Being from Chicago this ain't no Chicago Pizza but when your hungry your hungry. I wanted something fast & easy. Bacci's Pizzerias are all over Chicago. I needed something fast. Bacci's serves pizza by the slice. This one is located on the SE corner of Milwaukee & Montrose. The pizza is served by the slice. I got a single slice of sausage pizza. Believe me when I say a single slice is enough door most people. All I can say is the pizza satiated my hunger, but it's not something I would crave or want to come back for. I mean it's not bad it's just that there are so many great pizzerias in Chicago. In addition to the pizza they also serve pasta, sandwiches, burgers & salads. FYI Yelpers you get a free coke when you check in on Yelp

This place is very close to my apartment so my roommate and I eat their often. We both work second shift so oftentimes we don't get home until 11:00 p.m. or so, so it's great that it's open late. The prices are relatively inexpensive the food is decent enough and the employees are friendly. The tables are always wobbly so you have to hold on to your drink or end up wearing it. The only big problem with this place is they do not seem to have any system in place for dealing with the many mentally ill drug addict homeless people who wander in and start harassing customers. I found that many Chicago businesses are like this. The attitude is "well it's Chicago so you know, deal with it." I always end up being the one who yells at the crackhead and gets them to leave but it would be nice if the employees did it, since I'm not paid to work security.

Very great service and I just love the food. I would love to get food from this place in the near future.

To be brutally honest, the pizza from here is garbage. Don't waste your time. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Used to be a lot better. The pizza slice is still huge but with a soda it was like nine bucks and change, and really not that great. A few bites into it I'd forgotten the glory days of bacci visits of my past and realized under the wrong - hopefully rare but I'm not sure - circumstances it's bad pizza it's just a lot of it. Sodas are coke not Pepsi. But they may have some bottles too. Also as of oct '21 the menu is different online than it is in the store, be prepared

This place is the shit, been coming since I was young, slices as big as your head, of course everyone knows that coming in, and it's so freakin good

Stopped in for a quick bite. giant slices of pizza and split it with my two kids. We capped it off with some Italian ice, which my daughter loved! the service was great!

I guess this would be a good drunk food spot but I wouldn't get this again sober. The dough is quite dense and bready, the toppings were a bit soggy. The staff was friendly though and they offered us a free 2nd slice when the first slice got messed up (cheese got squished with their tongs). The toasting of the slices could be more crispy.

Sometimes when the big three Chicago pizzerias just can't satisfy that craving you have for a thin New York slice... And you have a craving for a slice of pizza the size of your neighbors pet Beagle... There could really only be one option in Chicago and it is BACCI's!! A massive, crispy, crusty slice of ooeg-gooey magic and tons of toppings make up this perfect pyramid of Italian-Decadence!! I tried both the Bacci special and the meat lovers... Both were scrumptious and oh so satisfying!! This place will deafly be a part of my pizza rotation for years to come!!

I have to say that Brittany is a straight shooter and truly works on resolving any and all issues. She defines the role of MGR. And takes very seriously any issues that may arise. We had an issue and Brittany reached out immediately not only with a sincere resolve to make things right, but also with a genuine apology backed up with actions and ownership. Because of her, we would give Bacci's another opportunity to delight us with thier signature entrées and sides. We understand that mistakes happen.

This place must be fascinating to work at, as I've had several odd/funny experiences with them. Not really complaining; I just think they have a kitchen staff of comedians over there. The food is always fresh and hot and the pizza is pretty good. I wouldn't say it's the best ever, but it's far from the worst. The salads and side have all been good as well. First weird experience - one time, late night, my boyfriend and I ordered a large pizza from Bacci. It took a while to come and he was hangry. Bell rings, he goes down for 'za. As he comes back up the stairs, I hear him grumbling, pissed off, shouting things I couldn't hear. Then, he tries to come through the door, but can't, because the pizza box is LITERALLY too big to fit through the door, ha ha. He had to kneel and turn the box diagonal just to fit it through. Long story short... he thought I was playing a prank, but it was actually Bacci. Maybe they were out of pizza boxes in the size we wanted. Maybe we were the last customer of the night and they just wanted to fuck with us. Maybe, they had extra ingedients left over... who knows. But they sent us a pizza the size of a house (see pic). Turns out they have a 2 & 1/2 foot pizza on their menu.. and we got one basically for free. Second odd thing; the first couple of times we ordered from them, I kept getting penis shaped breadsticks with my salad. My boyfriend said I just have a dirty mind. Then... the most incriminating one arrived (see pic). The baker obviously has a sense of humor, as well! Keep having fun, Bacci, the food is decent and you haven't offended me!!! It's always an exciting delivery ; )

A great place to grab a slice. It's not the best but it's worth the money. A great late night slice. Others say it's not as good as it used to be but I have always enjoyed it just fine.

Pizza is just not the same! I literally got sick for 2 days after eating there pizza and is overall to pricy ! Never again

After ending a long day at a music fest (lolla), I needed sustenance. I needed something greasy, doughy and satiating. Like a beacon in the night Bacci's called out to me. The Interior = Simple pizzeria decor The Service = Nice The Food = Good Bacci's is known for their giant slices pizza. These slices are basically the size of your arm. My go to is the meatlovers. A combo of sausage, bacon and pepperoni. I eat one for there and take one to go. Though Bacci's isn't the best, it totally hit's the spot. Especially after a day of debauchery. Recovery mode - activated

A honest review: Bacci Pizza is one of my favorite places to dine. Not only is their pizza phenomenal, but the rest of their menu is exceptional as well. Their staff is always kind and willing to help out in every situation. I highly recommend this place to everybody looking for a solid pizzeria. Thanks for giving me a listen!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this spot! Food is always fresh and hot.. The location is clean and the staff is always welcoming. My husband and I ordered jumbo slices of their speciality pizzas which are always good We branched out today with the wings, tenders, and hot cheddar fries Everything was hot and fresh. Not overly salty or dry Definitely had bigger eyes than our stomaches and were very thankful for To go containers

Pretty basic slice but filling. One thing that surprised me is that there's this elaborate menu above the counter but there's no price for pizza by the slice

I always order delivery here. Love the pasta and their salads. I hope the owner/manager reads this: PLEASE add your bread roll to your extras/sides section. They are AMAZING. Don't need butter. Perfect rolls that come with your pastas

Ordered and got the wrong item 2 times in a row and this service is gonna be addressed with the real manager or owner. The people spending they hard earned money deserve better service and respect then what she's dishing out. Bad customer service. The server Nadia M. had such a bad attitude. She rolled her eyes at me several times as I only asked for an extra dressing for my salad. Went home to realize my order was wrong. This location is by far the worst of all the Bacci Pizzeria.

Went there last night to pick up pizza after my concert and the pizza was delicious!! It was fresh and the ingredients smacked! It was a little wait but it was worth the quality of the pizza. It's a a little pricey but worth the money. The staff was also chill

I used to go to the Bacci pizza out by O'Hare while working at the airport. Remembered they had pretty good bacon cheeseburgers. The Bacci's by my house got stuck at an intersection with those awful parking meters. I figured for a couple bucks more, I'd rather get delivery. There isn't much open past 9 p.m. in the neighborhood, so I gave Bacci a ring, after a couple hiccups trying to order online. Order was taken promptly and the bacon double cheese burger was just the way I wanted it when delivered. The french fries were really good too and they remembered the ketchup I asked for. Talk about a cheeseburger in paradise. Yum. Just don't do this before a cholesterol test.

I was so looking forward to the grand opening of the West Ridge/Rogers Park location. But it was a big disappointment all around. The pizza has underwhelming at best and the customer service should have been a lot better to be honest. Thankfully we have other pizza spots in our area

Ordered the hand tossed butter garlic crust pizza with sausage, pepper and onions. The crust was way too thick and not very tasty. We tried the BBQ and Buffalo wings. Have had much better from almost every place else. Their sauce is heavy in OIL!!!! Wanted the Mediterranean pollo al forno. This is no longer offered. The closest you can get is the chicken limone. This is ok but not as good as the mediterranean pollo al forno. I think there is too much sauce. The broccoli was not overcooked!!! yeah!!! and was tasty in the lemon sauce. Interesting that when you order the chicken limone, green beans show up as a side you can select but when you go to side dishes it is not offered. The extra side baked potato could not have been smaller and still been considered a baked potato. It was less than 4 inches long and skinny. I also thought that it was very interesting that as you place your order on line there is a Special Instructions Box that then reads add-on items listed in special instructions will not be honored. If you order a salad under Fresh salad or sides you can not select a dressing and based on the statement above they aren't going to read your dressing selection. We were given balsamic vinaigrette. We also ordered the Mediterranean grilled chicken skewers. Could they be any drier! We considered the arancini, mozzarella sticks or fried calamari but do they come with a sauce? No where does it say and no where is there a choice of sauces. The one good thing I can say is that delivery was right on time. "As a reminder, if you pay online, you MUST present the card used and a second form of identification at the time of pick-up or delivery.  Thank you." No one asked for the credit card or identification. I have to say for a $90+ order there was chicken limone which was eatable. Pizza which was not, wings that slid across the plate and chicken skewer that you choked on the dryness. Should have made the frozen pizza it would have been better and $85 cheaper! We won't be ordering from here again.

Great food! Friendly staff! Only thing since its summer it gets really hot, perhaps a better AC & shades to make dining in more comfy.

He invited us back to make this right - I'll revisit this review again after my follow up visit. *** Used to buy a slice pretty often as a treat for my kiddo after picking her up from daycare but after our order last week, we're not coming back. Quality and taste has gone downhill. My biggest issues are the crust and the cheese. The crust is hard and cardboard like. It reminds me of cheap pizza. The cheese used to be soft and gooey and now it's some cheap chewy cheese. Costco pizza is hands down better than what Bacci serves. Seriously, even a DiGiorno frozen pizza tastes better -- The staff is great as always but good service is not the reason I visit a restaurant.

"Called in to complain about my wrong order. Hector answered the phone and actually listened to me before saying a word. I ordered 2 comfo beefs "Bacci Sytle" but when i got home it was just 2 beefs, not even bacci style at least just plain jane. Explained all that to Hector in probably a very rude format and he actually calmed asked "Will you allow us to make this right? I can remake everything fresh at no charge" Customer service is a 5 star. Chefs work AFTER speaking to Hector is a 5 star. Let's hope this young man doesn't have to deal with to many kitchen mistakes Customer of 7+ years and will return based off this experience.

I used to frequent Bacci often and then I got into the thinner cracker style crust. Tonight I was on Uber Eats looking for a pizza snd noticed Bacci added a cracker extra thin style crust to their menu. I immediately ordered it ...but was disappointed that the crust was not cracker thin at all , actually even thicker than your average New York style. More similar to card board but thicker. Pizza was hot and not a terrible pizza but definitely not what was advertised.

I ordered a 18" pizza with basil on all of it and double pepperoni on half. I received a cheese pizza with single pepperoni on half and no basil. You would think that they could manage to get an order right when they charge basically $40 to deliver a pizza including tax and tip, but apparently that is too much to ask of them. The 3 star average review here is clearly well deserved. The incompetence of their staff doesn't end with their inability to fulfill a basic order either. The staff at this location appear to be some of those crazy mask cultists, as evidenced by large redundant clusters of You Must Wear A Mask signs covering every glass surface inside and out. Ironically the staff themselves dont seem to care about wearing the masks and only want to coerce their customers in to engaging in this ritual as you can see from the attached pictures. It makes you wonder, if they cant wear their masks properly, what other health and sanitation issues are present in at this location? Do they manage to wash their hands properly after visiting the restroom?

If you order pizza from Bacci make sure you ask for xtra thin crust and butter garlic crust. The butter garlic crust puts the pizza pie over the top... yummy yummy yum! Their prices are very reasonable. Delivery is pretty fast and courteous. For now, Bacci is my go-to for thin crust pizza. Can you say - BUTTER GARLIC CRUST!!!

At'sa one-s bigga slice. Warning, I'm a NY Pizza Snob. I stopped in and tried one of their ginormous slices. It was actually one of the better Chicago pizzas I've tried. Huge slice, held up to the triangle cut, tasted great. So, I'd say go for it...

First and foremost. I highly recommend checking you're food cause last time I ate here this was a couple years ago. They cooked a Roach on my pizza . I told everyone I knew . Similar experiences at all the bacci . From getting sick etc

So so sad. We tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt again. Placed an order on grubhub at 1046pm. Said 75mins for delivery. Well considering we live about 10mins away I didn't think it would take until 1214am for the food to get here. We called the restaurant at 1201am and the girl said they would be here shortly. So finally the food arrives(after my husband had to walk down the block to even fine the driver)we get ready to eat. EVERYTHING is luke warm at best. We ordered a 20oz sprite and that was even warm. So how long was our food in that delivery drivers car being driven around for?? Well I contact grubhub to see if they can help. They call the restaurant and the manager tells them he is TOO BUSY to deal with this problem. And to call back tomorrow. It's such a shame.

I used to be a repeat customer here. I only live half a block away. Tonight they blew that. Ordered delivery and got told about an hour. Almost two hours later our food showed up. Cold and spilled out in the bag. Had to call twice to find out where it was. Lady said on the phone that they got busy right after I placed our order. Got refunded but the customer service was crap. Who wants cold food for supper? What happened to customer service. We couldn't even get a manager on the phone. Complete crap for service all around tonight. Zero stars! Won't be returning here again. This update is just to state that the food here is good. They made up for their mistake.

It may not be pretty but it's pretty good. This place isn't the most inviting and the employees aren't exactly happy to see you, but the slices are huge and pretty delicious. I wouldn't recommend taking a date here... But if you need a slice of pizza and it's late, you're not going to find a better option. Especially not anywhere near this location.

Absolutely awful, I advise no one to go to this place, terrible service, terrible food, ordered a slice of pizza and a can of coke online and it took over an hour, for one slice! Went up to counter several times to ask and was repeatedly told ten more minutes, the workers had attitudes and were very unwelcoming, worst experience getting pizza in my life.

This Bacci is absolutely horrible. They do not make their food the way you ordered it. Many other Bacci locations are far better. I am highly disappointed with the quality of this food. If you want good Bacci, please select a different location.

Pizza was great but experience was beyond disappointing. Granted it was New Year's Eve. But we ordered after an hour it still wasn't delivered. I called they said it would be another hour to hour and a half. I decided to pick it up. Picked up food and my cookie was missing. Edit: customer service is excellent. If you have an issue please contact them because they will make it better l.

Ordered a jumbo for the super bowl party I was having at my house. I ordered my pizza at 2:30pm so I could pick it up at 5:30pm. I got here at exactly 5:25pm to pick up and I still waited another 30min. The staff is nice but my pizza was undercooked. I know they are jammed with orders not at least cook the pizza right even if I have to wait an hour. I had to cook it some more in my oven. That sucked since my guests were already over. The pizza has gone downhill for me. Not sure if I'll ever order again.

The fried dough with powdered sugar is bomb af. Reminds me of my favorite pizza spot back home that sold Zeppoles (an Italian fried dough). I could eat that all day. The pizza, on the other hand, was something I won't be going back for. It's great that it's huge. I mean, the slice was as long as my arm. But that's where the excitement stopped for me. It just didn't grab me --- the sauce was eh and the dough was eh. Meat was fine but I was looking for a more wholesome pizza slice. Maybe it's because it was under the heater for too long, idk. But I'd be hesitant to get that slice again. I will be back for that fried dough, though. Fa sho dough.
