Bach Suites Saigon, a Member of Design Hotels

I spent 5 lovely nights at the hotel. 2 nights with my friend in the twin room & 3 nights in the delux suite. Staff were amazing, kind, friendly and very accommodating. I arrived at the hotel without cash & they kindly paid the grab taxi for me. They helped me move rooms with ease. Thank you so much to all the staff & a special thanks to the ladies and gentlemen who work the night shift. I highly recommend the hotel for its elegance, comfort and cleanliness. The food at the Palm Restaurant is scrumptious, a definite must try when you stay at the hotel.

Nice small design hotel. Very nice lounge area on the ground floor. Large rooms, with little amenities though. Bed wasn't that comfortable with very soft mattress. Breakfast is served on the 11th floor and food selection is rather limited. Gym and pool are located on 10th floor. Gym isn't large but it's enough for a quick workout. Hotel location is good, but there is a bar just opposite that blasts extremely loud music (despite being empty!) through 11:30pm.

Room is bit small and the layout and room shape is a bit weird. The curtain has huge gap so expect the room will be bright early morning and wake you up. We stayed at 9th floor and the gym is above us, so 7ish someone might be running on the treadmill so we heard constant pounding sound last over 30mins which is quite annoying. The breakfast taste is very average and very little option. Better to eat outside as many good and cheap food in HCM.

The hotel is nice , very aesthetically pleasing . We had some Issues with checking in , I had called before arriving about having our room , for early check in and the option to pay and when I called when I landed the front desk didn’t even want to check if it was available or ask for my name To check , and so we got another hotel at the airport area , then when we got there they asked for room payment, my room was paid for with my points and said hotel was not part of Marriott , after we checked out we dealt with someone else who was more informative she may have been the manager, the other two ladies from day before were still there and clueless. Otherwise rooms are good . The staff at restaurant was awesome ! All of them , I forgot the names but they are great . Breakfast was good . They were so accommodating at breakfast for my son .

Clean and comfortable hotel. Pls avoid booking the Deluxe room which faces the pub opposite the hotel unless you enjoy loud pub music from the comfort of your room. We downgraded to the superior room after the first night, much quieter. Hotel breakfast was decent. Gym was small but had a good range of weights for strength training.

So much to love about Bach Suites. Where do I begin? We arrived very late because there were mechanical issues with the plane and immigration took 2 hours. We arrived at the hotel close to 9:30 pm. We were greeted by Mr. Bach. He has the same last name as the hotel name, so I had to make a joke about that. He was warm and very personable. We received welcome drinks and he explained to us about the prohibited fruits. We asked about dinner and we were surprised that the restaurant was still open and told us the location. He gave us our room keys and had someone take our bags upstairs. First impressions mean a lot, and we knew this was going to be great. |We loved the room; it was large and beautifully decorated. We promptly went upstairs to the restaurant to the 9th floor and walked upstairs. What a surprise! There’s a pool on the rooftop, a bar halfway to the restaurant, a gym and even the stairway was beautiful along with view. We were greeted by Mr. Dahn who is so good at what he does. He explained the menu as a chef would and made recommendations and the way he succinctly described the menu made us ready to eat. He is so passionate and such a personable man, it’s easy to see why he’s there. He didn’t want all the credit, so he gave me the names of those who were there, so thank you Thuy, Thang, Trung, and Nghi. You are all kind, very congenial and so detail-oriented. We were checked on multiple times to ensure we were happy and that was obvious! |That night we had the lamb, which had this beautiful crust and the duck was so delicious along with crispy fries and really nice cocktails. The second night we had beef, which was so tender and we watched the entire process! |I could go on and on, but to have this high level of customer service (we did receive maps, advice on where to go, and were able to get an extension in our room for an hour).|We were even chased as we were about to enter the vehicle to leave because I left some clothing in the closet.|The only negative is the loud music that plays in the next building. Our room was on the side of it. It starts early and ends late. There are earplugs available to use. I used them the first night and fell asleep shortly after and didn’t use them the second night. All of the pluses, along with the room rate makes this an unforgettable experience and an absolute bargain.

We had an amazing experience staying at Bach Suites. The hotel and room were pristine at all times, with a wonderful smell. The bedding was very comfortable and felt incredibly luxurious. Staff was professional and attentive to our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at Bach Suites! Our room was very spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed the breakfast in The Palm restaurant. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Saigon!
