Stayed for 4 nights. Great central location. Interior was gorgeous, staff were very friendly and attentive. However, if you’re thinking of staying here, though a nice breakfast buffet is served each morning, there isn’t a restaurant or a bar and if you’re thinking of trying to get some sleep before midnight, forget it - the pub/club across the street is really loud. Had some laundry done - it was the most expensive we’ve experienced in Vietnam so far. Coffee/tea and biscuits available at all times in the lounge which was a nice touch.

I had high hopes for my stay at The Bach Suites, as the hotel has so much going for it. The rooms are beautiful and modern, with stylish décor and thoughtful details. The staff is incredibly nice, attentive, and eager to help, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious and well-presented, it’s clear they put effort into making the experience enjoyable. However, my stay was overshadowed by two major issues. First, the hot water in the shower in my room (906) didn’t work at all during my night there. This made my stay miserable, as a hot shower is such a basic necessity, especially after a long day. Despite the wonderful aspects of the hotel, it’s hard to overlook this issue, which was unfortunately unresolved during my visit.Second, as other reviews have mentioned, the noise from the club next door is quite loud and persistent at night. If you're a light sleeper, this can be a significant problem even with the ear plugs the hotel provides. The Bach Suites has so much potential, but my experience was disappointing due to these issues. I hope they address these concerns, as it could be an amazing place to stay with some improvements. For now, I can't recommend it, particularly if hot water and quiet are priorities for your stay.

All staff members including security and doorman were extremely kind and helpful. Always greeted us with a smile and they’re very respectful.||Everything about the hotel was beautifully designed ( the room and lobby) which was very clean, cosy, and spacious. Comes with many amenities which made our stay even more enjoyable.||They provided us with earbuds as well in case the pub next door gets too loud which was very thoughtful. However the pub closes shortly after midnight and it’s not that loud. ||Definitely worth every dime we paid for and definitely will stay with this hotel again in up coming future. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Wonderful Boutique Hotel in a great Location. The Bach Suites Saigon, was definitely one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in throughout our Asia travels. Do not be put off because this is a brand you might not have heard of, it was absolutely first class. We arrived at the hotel quite late in the evening and were immediately offered a drink and biscuits, while we checked in. Check in was quick, smooth and efficient and we were soon shown to Room 503 on the fifth floor. The room was a slightly quirky shape, but large for an Asian room and very clean and modern and had a firm but comfortable bed, a large Samsung TV, fridge, safe etc. There was a free mini bar refreshed daily and a lovely modern bathroom, with a very funky shower. Everything felt very premium and was nicely branded with the hotel logo. Towels were thick and the body wash, shampoo and conditioner was all very good quality. The pool was on the rooftop. It wasn't very big, but was never busy enough for that to be an issue. It also had a small gym on the top floor, with TV and free water. The pool area was delightful, with a very arty design and some nice views. Breakfast was very nice on a dining room filled with class and character. There was a nice mix of fresh fruit and fruit juices, a small selection of Asian choices and some western staples like croissants, pastries, bacon and sausage, plus an egg station making the most beautiful omelettes. No real negatives to report, pool size maybe, our bed had a slight squeak, but was very comfortable. And saving the most important point to last. Location. We were a 3 minute walk to Notre Dame Cathedral (which was covered in scaffolding by the way. We were 5 minutes from the Royal Palace and a similar distance to the brilliant War Remnants Museum. The area was full of restaurants of all types and all budgets. If we visit Saigon again and hod willing we will, it's a fascinating city, we would definitely stay at the same hotel.

Small yet cosy layout. Modern design. Clean. Good concierge service. They gave me a plaster after I hurt my palm. They even made the room and fill it with balloons to celebrate for our stay. It is wonderful and very thoughtful. The office behind the bed is quiet and cozy . The breakfast area, is good and romantic. Jazzy feel. Not lots of variety but all good quality. Coffee is also top notch. It is in district 3, but w within walking distance to district one like Saigon centre, takashimaya shopping centre etc.

A lovely boutique hotel. Great breakfast, lovely clean rooms and wonderful service. Water pressure in the room was a bit funny but not a deal breaker. Loved our stay here and would definitely recommend. We also stayed at Hotel des Arts just around the corner (and twice the price) and I rate Bach Suites higher - it's a much smaller place, more boutique and providing similar quality.

This boutique hotel checks all my boxes: location, service, luxury - the only thing that I would have changed is the pool area. The breakfast is adequate surprisingly and even has the traditional banh mi, pho and Vietnamese coffee. We were upgraded to a corner room Superior King, on the 8th flr and it was a lovely room.

The hotel is nice, the staff is also nice and responsive, breakfast is really good. However, the hotel is really noisy, due to the several clubs right across the street. I don’t think it’s suitable for families with kids or light sleepers, double glazing of the windows doesn’t help. Hotel provides the earplugs, so they are aware of the noise even though try to present it as a location experience. In our case the music was extremely loud till midnight, and after that we were able to sleep. I think for the price, you can consider something less noise in the pretty same location.
