Bachleda Luxury Hotel Kraków - MGallery (Krakow, Poland) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Many hotels thrive on the thrill of subverting travelers’ aesthetic expectations, but when your hometown is as beautiful and as richly historic as Krakow, there’s a more straightforward pleasure to be had from partaking in the opulence of your surroundings. The Bachleda Luxury Hotel occupies a 19th-century building in a prominent location just outside the Old Town, and its interiors display the influence of multiple eras — from the Baroque ornament for which Krakow is famous to the Art Deco style that’s synonymous with classic luxury hospitality." - Tablet Hotels

Old world charm with modern comforts. Well located because it's close to the old city and castle but not directly in the traffic and tourist crush; Everything we did was walkable from the hotel. The staff is so helpful and kind. From trying to help us find a hair salon to organizing lunch boxes for a day outing, no request was too difficult. The air con worked great, beds were comfortable and luxurious, shower was strong and good. The food is excellent. We had drinks at the cozy, wood paneled bar, breakfast every morning and dinner one night. It was all excellent. We loved our stay!

Beautiful hotel with outstanding staff, lovely atmosphere and energy and superb attention to detail. The overall sense is one of luxury and pampering. My interactions with the hotel prior to arrival were very positive. I had asked in advance about vegetarian options in Gavi and the chef suggested options that could be created. I had noted from reviews here that some rooms were quite small so I asked in advance for a room that was larger. Requests were responded to with absolute courtesy.||Our room was beautiful (4th floor) with big windows and lots of light - we faced a side street. Bathroom had a very good shower and high-end toiletries.||The bed was probably one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in and a choice of pillow types if offered.||We had breakfast on one of our mornings and it was lovely, expensive though at around €40 per head. Sylvia who served us at breakfast was totally charming. On our second morning, we went round the corner to a very nice cafe.||We didn't use the pool, which is very small. ||There is a lovely terrace at the front, which was nice for a drink and a snack in the afternoon when we returned from our Auschwitz tour. The bar in the basement is lovely, but probably more of a Winter/cosy vibe. We had food there when we arrived off a late evening flight.||Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel without hesitation.

From start to finish this has been one of the best city breaks we have enjoyed. The hotel is exceptional - whether it’s Gavi the restaurant which is superb, or the amazing staff that create such a welcoming atmosphere - everything about the hotel combines to create a luxurious but relaxed atmosphere. We got great restaurant recommendations, the team on the front desk booked excursions for us. They couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay one that we will remember for a long time. |The location is great - 10 minutes from the old town and one minute from the most breathtaking view of the river. I would thoroughly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic and took good care of us. Excellent food in the restaurant meant that we hardly ate anywhere else. We are already planning our next visit which we hope will be longer. The hotel is in an excellent location to explore the city on foot and there is public transport close by. The Opus bar serves excellent snacks which we had most evenings.

Don't know where to begin with this review, It was all so wonderful.|I'm long-haul cabin crew and have stayed in hotels all over the world and nothing has come remotely close to this hotel.|In truth, it's not what I would call a hotel its a boutique hotel.|It was just beautiful and the attention to detail was second to none. Everything you can possibly need for a perfect stay is found here.|It is a smart and tastefully decorated hotel. I loved the art deco design and feel throughout the hotel, even the corridors matched the theme and when we found the pool, wow, just wow!|The hotel staff were all very professional and friendly.|I loved the fact that everyone was younger in age, enthusiastic about their position and proud to be working there.|The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well equipped throughout.|Breakfast was wonderful with a mouth-watering selection of food available. My husband and I had scrambled eggs, omelette, eggs Benedict, mixed cold meats and cheeses, avocado on toast the choice was endless and all very tasty ( I loved the tiny Pannacottas at breakfast, my husband, the creme brulee). We had breakfast in the courtyard and dinner in the restaurant in the evenings, and it was all out of this world. The young chef is very talented indeed.|I can't honestly find one negative about the whole stay.|It's very near the river and close to the castle. It was about a twenty-minute walk to the old town through a beautiful tree-lined park.|We walked around during the day and late evenings and not once did we feel wary about our surroundings or where we walked.|I've always said the world is too big to stay in the same place twice! But, not here. We plan to return at Christmas to see the markets and Kraków in the winter as we loved it so much!||

Our Upgrade to a Suite (Room 413) was not quite as fancy as expected - a Suite must mean something different in Poland, that said, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed including a Nespresso Coffee machine. The Hotel is appx 12 minutes from the main Square and a stones throw from the River. Staff helpful. The food and service in the Restaurant is absolutely lovely. As would expect from a 5 star the prices are a little steep. If you wish to stock up then there are convenience stores a plenty close by! Shout out to the young men in the Bar - great to watch when practising their Mixology and pleasant to chat with. If like me you don't drink alcohol whilst the Hotel does cater for this getting zero alcohol drinks elsewhere in the City is a challenge. All in all a very plesant stay, thank you.

Small boutique hotel that is exquisitely decorated and maintained. Gorgeous dining room open all day with an outside terrace. Housekeeping is spotless and beautiful Guerlain toiletries in the bathroom. A small indoor spa pool and sauna. Walking distance to the old town

The hotel was located close to the old town within walking distance. From the moment of check in, the details of reception is very sophisticated and the process was smooth and fast with many thanks to the the professionalism of the reception staff. The room was spacious with beautiful interiors and the bathroom is very posh with Gurelain products which the hotel offers also for sale. What made the stay worth it is the friendly staff , their smile, their willing to help. If i visit Krakwo again, it will definitely be my choice to stay .
