Bachleda Luxury Hotel Kraków - MGallery (Krakow, Poland) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Many hotels thrive on the thrill of subverting travelers’ aesthetic expectations, but when your hometown is as beautiful and as richly historic as Krakow, there’s a more straightforward pleasure to be had from partaking in the opulence of your surroundings. The Bachleda Luxury Hotel occupies a 19th-century building in a prominent location just outside the Old Town, and its interiors display the influence of multiple eras — from the Baroque ornament for which Krakow is famous to the Art Deco style that’s synonymous with classic luxury hospitality." - Tablet Hotels

A wonderful stay from the moment we walked in. Staff were welcoming and friendly and thankfully spoke far better English than I do Polish. Our room was perfect; comfortable, spacious, beautifully furnished and immaculately clean, and included a coffee machine, bathrobes and slippers, turn down service....everything we needed really. Didn't get to try the spa but the bar area was a lovely and luxurious place to have a drink. Alas we didn't try the restaurant as it wasn't great for me being a vegetarian (hubs would happily have eaten there though). We encountered a couple of problems with breakfast, but this was sorted out by the lovely staff who could not have been more apologetic and reflected this in our bill without question. If I return to Krakow I'd stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Hotel is in a great location, quiet area but close to both the Jewish quarter, the main old town square and the castle. |The hotel is beautifully decorated in room and the common areas.|Bedroom was well thought out with minibar, snacks, tea and coffee facilities, hair dryer and magnified mirror, robes and slippers.|Well heated room for the colder weather, comfortable bed and always hot water. WiFi was strong connection. Not great tv channel choices.|Staff very attentive but not over the top. Wait staff in restaurant for dinner and breakfast very good. Breakfast as it is mostly buffet is very busy with people walking past the tables at that end consistently so maybe sit at the further end for some peace.|Bar staff great and cocktails very original with beautiful presentation.|Didn’t get to the spa but booklet in room offers various massages and choice of oils etc. |Location also has of restaurant options on the area particularly for breakfast outside of the hotel,

I had an incredible experience from start to finish at this beautiful hotel. The design, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail throughout are just stunning. The spa was the perfect place to unwind, the restaurant was excellent, and breakfast each morning was fresh, varied, and delicious. The highlight of my stay, though, was the Opus Lounge Bar. I spent every evening there! The cocktails were exceptional, and the service was even better. Huge thanks to Rafal, who made every night feel special with his professionalism and personality. Also a big shoutout to Chris and Vojer (sorry if I’ve spelled the name wrong!) for their fantastic service and warm hospitality — the whole team really made me feel at home! The only small downside was that I had arranged with the concierge before my stay to book an Auschwitz tour, but unfortunately when I arrived, the booking hadn’t been made. This meant I had to rush to organize it myself last-minute, and sadly, I ended up missing out on the tour. It was disappointing, but the rest of my stay more than made up for it. I would also say the gym could use some weight equipment to meet all guests needs. Overall, Bachleda MGallery truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The staff, service, and overall experience were second to none. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Kraków — and I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Lovely boutique style hotel with very friendly service. We stayed here for 2 nights on our wedding anniversary, eating in the restaurant (Gavi) one of the nights. Restaurant has a nice ambience and service was great, but the food was a little disappointing for the price. Not bad, but not great. Didn’t use the bar or spa but they looked nice. I thought he staff were the best thing about the hotel - they really made us feel welcome. ||Pros|Very comfortable beds, slept well both nights|Great location near the castle|Friendly staff - very helpful and informative, but quite chilled out too except for breakfast (bit busy)|Great shower|Rooms were comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean||Cons (Minor)|Parking (underground and a bit of a faff to get the car)

Loved staying here. It's a stunning jewel-box of a hotel. Big rooms, luxury setting with a high level of design. The bar was really nice and the spa was super with a sauna and one of the best whirlpools I've ever been in. Good location for walking to sights as a tourist. Staff were friendly and efficient and the entire hotel was spotless. My only complaint was that the breakfast buffet was very overpriced. Over $40 USD for buffet scrambled eggs that were not hot. Exact same choices every for the most part. Lovely people who work in the restaurant and front desk. Fantastic housekeeping. Absolutely spotless.

The Bachleda Luxury Hotel Kraków is a refined boutique property that beautifully blends historic charm with modern comfort. The atmosphere throughout the hotel feels warm, elegant, and distinctly Kraków, with thoughtful design details and intimate spaces. The suites and guest rooms are well appointed, offering a warm yet sophisticated style, with comfortable beds, fine linens, and luxury bath amenities. Everything felt well cared for and thoughtfully arranged. The breakfast was excellent, with a rich spread of fresh local products alongside international choices — a perfect start before heading out to explore the Old Town. If you are heading out early to Auschwitz-Birkenau or Wieliczka Salt Mine, be sure to ask the hotel to prepare breakfast to go ahead of time. We ended every day in cozy barrel-ceilinged Opus Bar where the bartenders create handcrafted, delicious and unique cocktails. The hotel also offers a wellness area with spa and pool facilities, ideal for unwinding after sightseeing - though we did not partake. The location is convenient — close enough to Kraków’s main attractions to walk comfortably, but just far enough from the busiest streets to ensure peace and quiet. Service was warm, attentive, and polished, adding a personal touch to the stay. Overall, the Bachleda Luxury Hotel offers an intimate luxury experience with exceptional style and service — a perfect choice for a memorable stay in Kraków.

We stayed in the hotel with a group of friends for a special celebration. We enjoyed great service with friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. the room was very comfortable and clean. My only reason for a 4 not 5 stars for the room was we overlooked the couryard so could not see out to see the sky. Not a major issue as we were not in the room very much. Would highly recommend for a stay in Krakow.
