What a beautiful hotel. The very best I have stayed at. The team are lovely, very welcoming, the service is perfect. The spa is free to use for all guests and is beautiful, the sauna and heated pool with optional jets really makes the stay worthwhile. The downstairs bar is open until 1AM and is super comfortable. The cocktail menu is great, service is awesome and temperature is nice. All the small details of this hotel are very aesthetically pleasing. It's hard to find any faults. This is a true 5 star hotel and no one is made to feel out of place here. I will definitely visit again and use their sister hotels.

This hotel was the height of luxury. People who work in other hotels that claim to be luxurious should come to this hotel to learn what real luxury is. I feel so lucky to have been able to stay here. Victoria at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Also Daria was so kind to make a custom list of recommendations for us based on our conversation at breakfast about our likes and dislikes. Also a man with blonde hair whose name I unfortunately can't recall who assisted us with maintenance so that we could take a bath in the large tub with our salt mine bath salts. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. Also the bed was super comfortable, great water pressure in shower, everything super clean, and the hotel itself was a work of art with each inch planned to be perfectly decorated and cozy. Oh! Also the hotel restaurant dinner was one of the best meals of my life and the breakfast was great too.

Had a wonderful stay at the Bachleda in Krakow! Had an incredibly good sleep both nights because of the very comfortable and perfect bed and pillows. Very nice rooms with great products. A pillow menu is a great touch although we did not need to use it. Great to be able to access the spa area at any time and also for the very extended opening hours. Great location, with walking distance to most areas. A great overall stay and would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful stay from the moment we walked in. Staff were welcoming and friendly and thankfully spoke far better English than I do Polish. Our room was perfect; comfortable, spacious, beautifully furnished and immaculately clean, and included a coffee machine, bathrobes and slippers, turn down service....everything we needed really. Didn't get to try the spa but the bar area was a lovely and luxurious place to have a drink. Alas we didn't try the restaurant as it wasn't great for me being a vegetarian (hubs would happily have eaten there though). We encountered a couple of problems with breakfast, but this was sorted out by the lovely staff who could not have been more apologetic and reflected this in our bill without question. If I return to Krakow I'd stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Hotel is in a great location, quiet area but close to both the Jewish quarter, the main old town square and the castle. |The hotel is beautifully decorated in room and the common areas.|Bedroom was well thought out with minibar, snacks, tea and coffee facilities, hair dryer and magnified mirror, robes and slippers.|Well heated room for the colder weather, comfortable bed and always hot water. WiFi was strong connection. Not great tv channel choices.|Staff very attentive but not over the top. Wait staff in restaurant for dinner and breakfast very good. Breakfast as it is mostly buffet is very busy with people walking past the tables at that end consistently so maybe sit at the further end for some peace.|Bar staff great and cocktails very original with beautiful presentation.|Didn’t get to the spa but booklet in room offers various massages and choice of oils etc. |Location also has of restaurant options on the area particularly for breakfast outside of the hotel,

Lovely hotel in a good location close to everything. The staff are very welcoming. The spa area was really nice and the cocktails in the bar are amazing. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Powerful hairdryer which is a first for me in a hotel. I had emailed in advance and was told they would arrange a complimentary bottle of prosecco which never appeared but not the end of the world.

my second time in 2025 in krakau and again very happy with the hotels i had choosen.|my stay at the Bachleda Hotel was another fablous experience.|it started with the reception at check inn up to the last minute of my stay.everything was on a high level.|the restaurant offers one of the best breakfast buffet i had so far. everything was tasty and nice arranged, also the beautiful setting of the restaurant.|ACCOR should put this hotel on the Sofitel level, defitntly deserves it.|the bed was very comfortable and a nice bathroom feat, tube.| i visited the spa area twice . the sauna, steambath golden styled. i felt like a king ....defintly the bar and salon downstairs is another EYE CANDY.|what about the staff: had nice talks with reception , porter, waitress, bar crew.|there was such a gud flow in the air......so defintly i will have a comeback here in krakau for a third time.|stayed in seven 4/5 Star hotels in krakau , this is my favourite so far||looking forward to be back in 2026

Every request was handled immediately and with a smile, and the level of care throughout the stay created the feeling of being genuinely looked after rather than simply checked in and out. ||Suite and in-room touches||The suite itself was outstanding: spacious, beautifully finished in the hotel’s Art Deco-inspired style and perfectly soundproofed, giving a sense of calm a few minutes from Wawel and the Old Town. Thoughtful extras such as champagne waiting in the room and an immaculate turndown standard made the entire experience feel celebratory and very deliberately curated. ||Dog-friendly care for Akiko||As a dog-friendly property, Bachleda went far beyond the usual “pets allowed” checkbox and treated Akiko as a true VIP guest. A fresh puppy bed, bowls prepared in advance and the team’s constant, genuine attention to her comfort turned travelling with a dog from a logistical compromise into a real pleasure. ||Dinner, Tomasz and the voucher||Dinner at Gavi was a highlight in itself, but what stood out most was Tomasz, who clearly runs operations with an owner’s mindset and went out of his way at every step. The PLN 100 dinner voucher was a nice touch, yet it was Tomasz’s professionalism, discretion and unfakeable warmth that made the evening feel like dining in a favourite, very well-run private club rather than in a hotel restaurant. ||OPUS Lounge Bar||OPUS Lounge Bar, hidden under the hotel’s historic vaults, is easily one of Kraków’s best-kept secrets: a low-lit, British-style lounge with a serious back bar and an atmosphere that makes “just one drink” unrealistic. Between the cocktails, the music and the tucked-away, members’-club feel, it is the sort of place you hesitate to recommend too widely, purely out of selfishness to keep it for yourself.
