Bachleda Luxury Hotel Kraków - MGallery Collection

5 stars - amazing! We stayed at Mgallery Krakow and were genuinely impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and empathetic to our needs, and it made the whole stay feel effortless. The restaurant was a real surprise and an absolute gastronomic delight. Wow. It has won major restaurant awards in Poland for five years in a row and, from memory, it also received recognition for its wine list from Wine Estate Magazine for several years. Awards aside, the food, service, and setting were all sublime. The wine list is not quite on par with Emirates First Class, but it is very close. A commendable collection and a joy to explore. The bar downstairs was equally beautiful. The period styling and ambience were magical. I would come back to Krakow for one of their espresso martinis alone. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, I highly recommend dining at the restaurant and finishing the night with a drink at the bar. The rooms were not very big, but that is not a criticism, as we knew this when booking. The bathroom, however, was excellent, with quality products, a wonderful shower, and luxurious towels.

From the moment we arrived we loved the Bachleda Krakow. The decor of the hotel was beautiful, cosy and luxurious. ||On entering the hotel we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes and this fantastic service continued throughout our stay. ||Our room was beautiful, comfortable and immaculately clean. Small touches like a glass of Prosecco on arrival, coffee in the reception and access to the spa made our stay feel extra special. ||We ate in the Gavi restaurant on the first night and from start to finish the experience was fantastic. The food was exquisite and the service was outstanding. We had were looked after by Alexandra who was very attentive, continuously making sure our drinks were topped. We would defiantly recommend eating here.||We will definitely return to Krakow - what a wonderful city and we will definitely choose the Bachleda for our next visit!

We stayed at the Bachleda Hotel for one night while preparing for an early trip to the airport, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, it truly felt elegant and almost royal. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with great quality and variety. A perfect, comfortable stay and an excellent choice before travelling. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

What a beautiful hotel. The very best I have stayed at. The team are lovely, very welcoming, the service is perfect. The spa is free to use for all guests and is beautiful, the sauna and heated pool with optional jets really makes the stay worthwhile. The downstairs bar is open until 1AM and is super comfortable. The cocktail menu is great, service is awesome and temperature is nice. All the small details of this hotel are very aesthetically pleasing. It's hard to find any faults. This is a true 5 star hotel and no one is made to feel out of place here. I will definitely visit again and use their sister hotels.

Had a wonderful stay at the Bachleda in Krakow! Had an incredibly good sleep both nights because of the very comfortable and perfect bed and pillows. Very nice rooms with great products. A pillow menu is a great touch although we did not need to use it. Great to be able to access the spa area at any time and also for the very extended opening hours. Great location, with walking distance to most areas. A great overall stay and would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was the height of luxury. People who work in other hotels that claim to be luxurious should come to this hotel to learn what real luxury is. I feel so lucky to have been able to stay here. Victoria at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Also Daria was so kind to make a custom list of recommendations for us based on our conversation at breakfast about our likes and dislikes. Also a man with blonde hair whose name I unfortunately can't recall who assisted us with maintenance so that we could take a bath in the large tub with our salt mine bath salts. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. Also the bed was super comfortable, great water pressure in shower, everything super clean, and the hotel itself was a work of art with each inch planned to be perfectly decorated and cozy. Oh! Also the hotel restaurant dinner was one of the best meals of my life and the breakfast was great too.

Her kindness, professionalism, and attention truly made our mornings even more enjoyable. A flawless service, just like during our previous stay at the hotel.

I had an incredible experience from start to finish at this beautiful hotel. The design, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail throughout are just stunning. The spa was the perfect place to unwind, the restaurant was excellent, and breakfast each morning was fresh, varied, and delicious. The highlight of my stay, though, was the Opus Lounge Bar. I spent every evening there! The cocktails were exceptional, and the service was even better. Huge thanks to Rafal, who made every night feel special with his professionalism and personality. Also a big shoutout to Chris and Vojer (sorry if I’ve spelled the name wrong!) for their fantastic service and warm hospitality — the whole team really made me feel at home! The only small downside was that I had arranged with the concierge before my stay to book an Auschwitz tour, but unfortunately when I arrived, the booking hadn’t been made. This meant I had to rush to organize it myself last-minute, and sadly, I ended up missing out on the tour. It was disappointing, but the rest of my stay more than made up for it. I would also say the gym could use some weight equipment to meet all guests needs. Overall, Bachleda MGallery truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The staff, service, and overall experience were second to none. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Kraków — and I couldn’t recommend it more highly!
