This is a three-star hotel that looks like a five-star hotel.
Pros:
• Perfect location — close to the main street but still quiet.
• Good parking, with a spacious garage.
• Beautiful room — large, with a nice balcony (although the chairs on the balcony were uncomfortable).
• Stylish hotel decor.
• Good cleaning service.
Cons:
• This "five-star" hotel shares all its facilities with the neighboring three-star hotel. Breakfast is served in the three-star hotel, and the spa and bar are also shared.
• The spa is, frankly, a joke. The pool is very small and always crowded, and there are only a few loungers, which are always occupied. Paid 740 PLN for a 90 minute facial treatment, it was good but only lasted 65 minutes.
• The bar is nice but very expensive (66 PLN for a drink). Be sure to check your tab — when we were ready to leave, we had been charged for three extra drinks. It took some arguing before they were removed, and we received no apology. When we returned the next day, they initially wanted us to pay for the drinks we hadn’t ordered the night before. We were upset, left immediately, and went to the reception, which resolved the issue. However, it left a bitter aftertaste, and we didn’t return to the bar again.
Neutral:
• Breakfast was good, but not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel (likely because it’s shared with the three-star hotel). No freshly squeezed orange juice, no toaster, and nothing cooked to order.
• Small details that don’t match five-star standards: only two small towels per person, coffee milk in the room wasn’t replenished, and the bathroom amenities were very basic. When the small shampoo bottle ran out, it wasn’t replaced.
