I often stay in high-end hotels, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet the expectations of a 5★ resort.
Dislikes:
• Synthetic pillows and blankets.
• Poor housekeeping – carpets left dirty with stones, not vacuumed on the second day.
• Reception and breakfast staff were unfriendly.
• 5★ and 3★ guests share the same breakfast and wellness facilities, making the price difference unjustified.
• Small wellness area, cold pool, only two saunas (one closed, one poorly controlled).
• Outdated wall-mounted hairdryer with very short cord.
Likes:
• Beautiful, high-quality interiors and furniture.
• Quick response to issues – shower heads replaced, AC checked.
• Breakfast decent (around 4★), but lacking porridge and fresh juices.
Summary:
A visually impressive hotel with great design, but service, wellness, and the 5★ concept need improvement to justify the price.
