I have been reviewing ice cream shops in several countries and I'm happy to say that Bacio di Latte has one of the best ice creams I have ever tasted. It's comparable to Berthillon shop in Paris or Pérsico in Buenos Aires. It's creamy, has a good balance between sweetness and natural flavors and every single flavor has it uniqueness. My favorites flavors are: 3 chocolate (mildly bitter, with crunchy chocolate chips in it), Mint with chocolate chips (subtle, not that usual artificial flavor) and Bacio de Latte (milk, mildly sweet and super creamy). The shops vibe is like chill out, retro. Relaxing place to be on off peak hours. The only improvement that I believe they should do is to increase the variety of their seasonal flavors. Now days it's usually around 3... Since this is a shop you will want to come back to, it's good to have new flavors to explore.

Waited over 5 minutes and the employees ignored me because I didn't speak Portuguese. Ended up leaving because nobody helped me. They would rather talk to each other. Maybe the gelato is good but I'll never know. Ended up going to Holy Cow which was very yummy.

1. Very warm inside the shop in this summer. If you are a manager of here reading this, please put more aircon here. 2. Very very very slow serving. Only 1 very slow lady was scooping ice cream. It took us more than 10 minutes for her to prepare only 3 ice creams... Slowest hand ever. 3. Very very very understaffed. You will see long queue with slow processing speed ever. Today it took me 40 minutes to get my ice cream. 40 mins. 40 darn minutes.

It's a nice gelateria. The gelato has a smooth texture and some flavors are really interesting! I was in love with decorations and colors and the way they disposed products. It's very expensive though. You can taste the flavors before you choose - which is nice.

My favourite place when it comes to ice-cream. Original Italian ice-cream!! Incredible flavours and excellent service. Totally worth a visit!!

Good italian gelato experience in Sao Paulo. Not exactly the same, but still tastefull and worth a try.
