Back Bar

We came here before a concert at MSG. We were looking for something quick and searched for a bar with “bites”. This place exceeded all expectations. The vibe/decor is amazing… shelves, books, cozy couches, chairs…. Think Barnes and Noble “after dark”. The drinks tasted pretty good. The honey badger comes with a huge block of ice that takes up most of the real estate in the whiskey glass… and after a few sips, you wonder why only ice is left (could have used a bit more of “drink” a little less ice). The mulled cider was good too and they have a small but good selection of craft beers. The wings were really good, sweet, spicy, cooked well (still juicy), and the wings were a good size too. The burger was pretty good, standard fare for an upscale bar burger. The server was excellent and attentive. We had an excellent experience here.

Stopped by Back Bar on a Saturday evening, reservations in hand, but the place was surprisingly quiet. Located in a hotel lobby, the bar has plenty of space. We swung by for drinks only, ordering the Early Harvest and Lemongrass Daiquiri - both well-made. The staff was friendly. Decor was stylish, and prices reasonable. A solid spot for groups or dates, though not particularly memorable.

I was here for the 67 orange street residency and i have to be honest. I LOVE IT. the 67 orange street residency brings alot of life to this bar. I enjoyed the drinks and the atmosphere. The decor. It felt like a piece of Harlem downtown. Love !

I used to come here when it was The Vine. I actually didn’t know it had changed until met up with a friend here for drinks. The menu isn’t as good anymore and I was devastated to hear they no longer serve the Frose! This is the first place I ever tried it and it is (well was) still the best I’ve ever had! For a drink, I ordered a Mezcal Negroni; it was all right. We also ordered the fried calamari, crisps & dips and French fries. There’s nothing really inventive about the menu and it is standard bar fare. For the most part, the food was fine but I really didn’t like the crisps & dips. Our waitress was nice and the food came almost too fast. The atmosphere is better than your standard hotel bar vibes. Not sure I will come back here.

We recently hosted a company networking mixer at The Back Bar inside the Hotel Eventi and were impressed by the exceptional service and hospitality provided by their team! The staff was attentive, organized, and welcoming throughout the entire event. Special thanks to Christopher Stewart from LTH Hospitality, Aleksandra, servers Letti and Kirsten, manager Andres, runner Christian, and bartenders Julio, John, and Antonio - each played a key role in making our event a success. The event space itself was perfect for our party: stylish, spacious, and well-suited for a professional gathering. We highly recommend The Back Bar for corporate events and networking mixers!

Stop by Back Bar located in the back of the Kimpton Hotel to relax and unwind your day. With a variety of beers, ciders, wines, cocktails, mocktails, and bites, there’s something for everybody. Their friendly staff took our order of three different kinds of our favorite cocktail, Old Fashioned, along with one refreshing cocktail. They even have an extra fancy Pappy Old Fashioned made with the 10 Year Pappy Van Winkle. It’s an amazing experience to enjoy a Pappy cocktail in a cozy, warm, dimly lit lounge type with an amazing margherita pizza.

One of the best bars I have been too. Well kept with a nice fire place in the back. I recommend getting a reservation and the inflation proof pricing is brilliant!

Are here twice during our hotel stay. First night was busy but excellent service and amazing food and drinks. 2nd time was in the afternoon, was less busy but we were definitely forgotten about.
