We were in town on a business trip and I searched up places to eat...and if your reading this then we share the appreciation of the value when it comes to word of mouth advertising. This place had good reviews for a BBQ stop which is what made us decide to try it out. It's kinda hidden in the back part in a row of eating establishments and you have to park off the street. Our trip was well worth it. I ordered the Hangover Burrito with spicy BBQ sauce and it was a terrific choice. I really enjoyed everything about it and will definitely be ordering it again the next time I'm in the area. I also ordered the fried Okra which was amazing and a must try! The wife got the pork sandwich which was loaded with meat and full of flavor. If your looking for good BBQ I recommend giving this little place a try...you won't be disappointed. BTW...there is NO indoor seating but there are places to sit right outside.

The best BBQ I’ve had in all of Colorado!! The owners are very passionate about their food and have done a stellar job of bringing authentic Texas BBQ to Summit county. Everything is house made, including the bbq sauces. The smoked brisket and pulled pork paired with the Mac and cheese was mouth watering. I came back for their smoked brisket breakfast burrito which ended up being the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had.

The Sausage, pork and brisket were delicious, but the Mac n cheese was without a doubt the worst Mac n cheese I’ve ever had. It was incredibly watery and the cheese did not stick to the macaroni. Pretty much tasted like I was eating plain macaroni. The staff were very nice and the food was made in a timely manner. Unfortunately the Mac n cheese brought the experience down by a lot. I’ll remember how bad it was until the day I die.

We were craving BBQ and decided to give them a try, and we honestly could not believe how good the food was. From the moment we ordered, the experience stood out — not just because of the incredible food, but also because of the genuine, friendly conversation they shared with us while we waited. It felt personal, welcoming, and community-driven in the best way. The ribs were absolutely spot-on — tender and perfectly cooked, not falling off the bone until that second bite, just the way great ribs should be. They came with boldly flavored, house-made sauces that weren’t even necessary because the meat stood so well on its own, but they were an amazing bonus for adding an extra layer of flavor. And the chicken thighs… WOW. Incredibly rich, juicy, and tender with outstanding flavor, cooked to absolute perfection. So good, in fact, that we couldn’t wait to eat the leftovers — which turned into breakfast the next morning because they were that irresistible! Do yourself a favor and go grab some BBQ from these two Summit County locals. They also have seating available in the arcade and other areas within Prospector Market, making it an easy and fun place to enjoy your meal. We can’t wait to go back — this is a must-try spot!

WOW! So stoked to have such amazing bbq in the county! Owners are incredibly kind, service is quick, and food is unbelievable. I had the brisket tacos with Mac and cheese and beans, and I was able to sample the pulled pork sandwich. The potato salad was the best I’ve ever had. Excited to be a regular customer here!

New BBQ gem you can’t miss out on when in summit county. Authentic, flavorful, and delicious Texas barbecue. The owners are passionate about their craft and it shows. Love the gluten free options as well. Finally a legit bbq spot in the mountains! I’ll be back!

Best BBQ I have ever had in Summit County, or anywhere? After living in Summit for 10 years I am so happy to finally have good BBQ. The brisket was possibly the best I’ve ever had and so was the pulled pork. Also loved the Mac and cheese. The development they are in is right off main street with two bars and an awesome arcade. Can’t wait to come back!

Incredible BBQ served up by incredible people! Easily the best BBQ I’ve had in all of Colorado. Everything was super fresh and very delicious. I especially liked the ribs and fried okra. This spot is a must to check out if you live in or are visiting Summit County!
