Great place to stay at. I spent 4 nights there in the Klostergården wing. I had some problems with my car and couldn't drive to the Sweden Rock Festival so, the kind folks from the Reception helped me to find a company to get to the Festival grounds. They did run an extra mile with what you call a customer experience. Then, at the last breakfast I was offered a sandwich and drinks to take out as I needed to wait for the towing car for 4 hours. Indeed, very generous of the Management. Tack, a thousand times! Not only did I have a place to sleep but also, I had a chance to meet new the people.
So, the place itself is great, a castle, with rooms in the wings, a restaurant and a breakfast restaurant and a couple of stand-alone buildings upon the lake. All look just great and serve great food and drinks. There's a huge park, very well taken care of. If the weather is fine, you can walk the park for hours. I can honestly recommend this place for people looking for a peaceful, historical place to recharge.
