I wanted to check in early, so I sent an email a week ago, but I didn't get a reply.
I arrived at 8 am, but I couldn't get in because they didn't tell me the password. I wandered around and the back door was open, so I was able to get in.
The staff told me that I could check in at 2 pm, so I waited, and when I went to the reception at 2 pm, there was no staff.
I found out that they sent the email an hour after I arrived.
They said they talked to me in the middle, but they said something vague, and when I didn't understand and asked them to repeat it, they left right away.
I told the staff about this, but they blamed me and I felt bad.
When I told the staff, he said,
Am I responsible for your feelings now?

I've never seen such a rude staff member before, and it was the worst.

Of course I couldn't check in early. Since you didn't reply to my email, I'm sorry you don't know the difference between being direct and being rude.
