Dear All Hostel Staff and Managers I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the extraordinary hospitality I experienced during my stay at your hostel. Although I only stayed for one night, I was truly amazed by the facilities and the kindness of your staff. Unfortunately, I had to leave Interlaken unexpectedly due to an emergency. I was incredibly grateful when your team refunded me for the second night without hesitation upon hearing about my situation. The hostel itself was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The small coffee and breakfast area was a lovely touch, and all of the staff members were consistently helpful and polite. I will definitely be staying at your hostel again on my next visit to Interlaken. Your team's exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere have left a lasting impression on me. We arrived on a Friday, planning to stay until Monday, but soon extended our stay to Tuesday—and we deeply regret not staying even longer. We stayed in an 8-bed shared room (2 of us + 6 others). The room was very well-organized, with lockers located outside the sleeping area. This setup is great for those who need to access their bags frequently without disturbing others in the room. We were genuinely impressed by how clean this place was. Despite being a shared space with communal showers, toilets, and common areas, everything was so clean. The bathrooms and showers are checked multiple times a day, keeping them clean and tidy at all times. Breakfast was simple yet included in the price, and it was more than sufficient. The staff were friendly, always willing to help and share their own experiences about Interlaken and the surrounding areas. There were also plenty of flyers and daily updates available on the breakfast table, which was very helpful for planning activities. I genuinely can’t wait to return! If I could offer one suggestion for improvement, it would be to add more hangers in the showers and next to the beds. That’s honestly the only thing I can think of to enhance this already amazing place.

One of the best hostels I ever stayed. An amazing location with a beautiful view, it is very clean and hygienic, a free breakfast is provided and there are kind workers. And all of that for very cheap, especially for Switzerland. Also comfortable beds and showers. The only con is that if you are a solo traveller its a bit harder than the usual hostel to meet people as there is no bar or planned activities and there's barely anyone to find in the games room. Nevertheless I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone planning on visiting the area!!

First off, the location is perfect! The outdoor balcony gave a great view to the mountains! The amount of storage space they provided was outstanding. Ranging from medium to X-Large storage capsules provided with its own key. Breakfast included, nothing crazy just toast and yogurt. They did have coffee machines which was a huge plus! Overall enjoyed my stay. Although I would have loved to see more female hostel dorms. I’m not sure if that’s something they don’t provide or if I just booked too late.

Very good value hostel. There is a bus stop directly from the hostel to interlaken's two train stations (within a 15 minute walk from hostel to train station). Complimentary towels, transportation cards and breakfast will also be provided. This will save you a lot of money in Switzerland. The reception staff are very friendly, I will highly recommended!

The hotel is in a perfect location where the guests can reach downtown within 10 minutes of walk. The new year fireworks are visible just from in front of the hotel. The common room and kitchen are big enough for the guests. The staff are really helpful *special thanks to Mr Adel. We enjoyed our stay there.

One of the best hostels I ever stayed in. I stayed in 6 bed room. Our room had lockers which you can open with your room card. So I stored my hand carry bag there. I made friends. You have kitchen in basement . People were making their own food. Switzerland is way way expensive trust me when I say that. The location is amazing. The trains to the mountains start at Interlaken Ost station .So perfect location to reach different locations. The best part is that the hostel is kept clean all the time. You have garden at the back to chill in evening. Breakfast was good always the same thing but that's not a big deal. I guarantee you that you will love the place.

I was very impressed during my stay here. The location is only about 3 stops away from Interlaken Ost and directly faces Höhematte, where you can watch people landing from paragliding. The receptionists and staff were very friendly. The room was very clean, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The bathroom was also very clean, even though it was shared with other guests. In addition, the kitchen was very well-equipped and adequate. They provided stickers for us to label our food to avoid it getting mixed up with other guests' items. If you explore around, you'll find a shelf with equipment like shoes, ski goggles, and more that you can borrow for free if they fit your size.
