As someone who often opts for decaf, I’m used to drawing the short straw when it comes to quality, but my decaf flat white here was nothing short of excellent. It was rich, perfectly textured, and flawlessly balanced, easily ranking as one of the best I’ve had anywhere. The robust flavor proves that at Backstage, "decaf" isn't a downgrade, but simply another opportunity for a masterfully crafted drink. ​The reason for the standout quality is obvious once you look around: the coffee is their own brand. Backstage is a specialty roastery, and the beans they use are sourced and roasted in-house, giving every cup a freshness and character you can truly taste. It’s a great feeling to know you’re drinking coffee that’s controlled from the source to the final pour. ​Beyond the caffeine—or lack thereof, in my case—the food menu is incredibly tempting. I was immediately struck by the wide choice of sandwiches on offer. From savory, well-stuffed classics served on sourdough to more unique brunch toasts, the selection is expansive and makes for a perfect pairing with any drink. I watched several massive, well-assembled sandwiches head out to tables, and they all looked fantastic—a testament to Backstage being more than just a coffee spot, but a serious contender for brunch or a quick, high-quality lunch. If you’re looking for a cozy atmosphere, genuinely high-quality house-roasted coffee, and a substantial meal, Backstage is a must-visit in Vilnius.

In love with the amazing new brunch menu put together by a young talented chef. My favourite has to be the Danish plate: I could truly taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Another favourite was the pulled beef sandwich - total melt in your mouth goodness! The scrambled eggs were super moist and fluffy too. Very excited to try more dishes from the menu next time! I also love the atmosphere; it's a good balance between people working and socialising, so the place is always lively but never too loud :) Overall, I feel very positive about Backstage Cafe, especially the food and the atmosphere, although the service definitely needs some improvement.

A cute, high-quality coffee spot in the center of Vilnius. The staff is young and lovely, and the menu is small, simple, and very tasty. The atmosphere is relaxing and cozy. If you want to get some work done, there’s a quieter section perfect for laptop use. They roast their own coffee beans, so the coffee is super delicious, and you can smell the freshly baked buns — always a good sign!

Amazing cinnamon buns! Others also think so, so they were empty today and I had the cheesecake which was okayish. Caramel cake was great tho! Coffee and Matcha are good and the atmosphere is cozy.

Had a lovely breakfast with family here on a cozy rainy Sunday afternoon. Cafe selection is expansive and creative, and cinnamon buns to dieeeee for. Simple and chic food menu along with cool clientele. For newcomers, weekends are popular so you should reserve in advance :) Pro tip — buy the beans! Best roast in town

I really enjoy the coffee here. The desserts are also delicious, by the evening most of them are usually gone.

Great place for breakfast and brunch!:) Food here is always delicious! Avocado egg salad toast is my personal absolute favorite 💔Curd pancakes are amazing, one of the best in Vilnius. Oat porridge is really good too, it’s salt and sweet at the same time. Just keep in mind that on weekends it’s quite crowded and it’s almost impossible to come and find a free table. So If you want to enjoy a wonderful brunch here be sure to book a table in advance.

A fantastic spot for brunch - super tasty pastries, delicious coffee, and a warm, welcoming vibe. The place is always popular and busy, and for a good reason! I absolutely love it here: the atmosphere is great, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended. 🤍
