Absolutely amazing! Thee customer service is impeccable from their response time, to flexibility, delivery & set-up and the food- I cannot say enough about it. Everyone was so impressed and wanted to know who catered. The portion sizes were generous, nicely seasoned, and an excellent variety.

Bacon and Caviar catered our wedding on 10.14.23. They are AMAZING to work with! Paul and his team are organized and proactive on the planning side. They respond quickly to emails and communicate effectively. Over the last year of planning, we emailed often, spoke on the phone, and even met at the venue to discuss a walk thru. They are very thorough and ensure they have all the needed info to do a good job. The food is also fantastic! We received a lot of compliments on the food, including the brisket, salmon, mashed potatoes, and pasta. I highly recommend B&C! You'll get high quality food with an organized team.

Bacon & Caviar catered our Thanksgiving Employee Lunch today & we can't praise them enough! If you are looking for a caterer in the Nashville area, you can't go wrong with them! The food was absolutely delicious! The staff is so easy to work with and made everything perfect! I expressed that we had 48 employees with hearty appetites, and they supplied more than enough! The turkey, dressing, and fried bacon corn were such a big hit! We look forward to working with them again!

Not only is the food delicious but Paul and his team are awesome to work with! We had a complex wedding with tons of moving pieces (I'm a wedding coordinator) and the whole team really stepped up to get everything perfect right on time.

I feel awful l haven't written a review for B&C before now. They catered my daughter's bridal shower in the spring. Everything was wonderful. I had heavy hors d oeuvres and fruit tea from them for 25 women. The food was delicious and the price was reasonable. Delivery was as scheduled on time. I plan to use them again during the holidays for the parties. Really wonderful!

We first heard of Bacon and Caviar catering from a good friend who had booked them for their wedding. Shortly after that, Paul and his staff were at the Pink Bridal show in Nashville where we got to taste a few delicious bites and got his information to contact him at a later date for a formal tasting. We talked with Paul about the type of food we wanted (it was a winter wedding so wanted some good comfort foods) and scheduled a tasting. Come tasting day we walked into a one on one sit down with Paul while he brought out item after item of appetizers, entrees, and sides for us to taste. Practically everything was delicious and it was making our choices very difficult. We finally settled on a menu that we thought our guest would enjoy - and they sure did! We got so many compliments on every aspect of the food from so many people throughout the night. Trust us, you can’t go wrong with the brisket and scalloped sweet potatoes. The staff was incredibly professional, efficient, and upbeat all night. We hired our bartenders through B&C and they were absolutely amazing! They would learn what your drink was and be already pouring it when they saw you walking up to the bar. We also had special whiskey tastings which the bartenders ensured went smoothly. We HIGHLY recommend Bacon and Caviar catering for any of your needs as they are incredibly wonderful to work with and provided amazing food and hospitality! Amazing!! We have always enjoyed B&C BBQ Restaurant and recently tried their Tuesday night Supper club and we were BLOWN AWAY!!! We had the chicken tacos and they are the BEST I've ever had (and I've lived in Texas)!! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the fresh salsa and guac were incredible. There was so much food that we will be eating it for several nights, it's an incredible value. I highly recommend it!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bacon and Caviar -- they are simply the best! I've used them a handful of times for work events, and they always deliver. Yesterday was no exception. I worked with Paul going back and forth on options how to do a safe catered work function now with COVID. He worked with me and did individual boxes of snacks/horderves. Meat boxes along with vegetarian and gluten free boxes. People raved! The hot chicken sliders were a crowd favorite, but my favorite were the vegetarian boxes (and I'm not even a vegetarian). Caprese sandwich, tortellini skewers, cauliflower hummus with roasted veggies and chocolate truffles. SO GOOD! The truffles melted a bit in the heat but that's the weathers fault. They arrive on time or early always to set up. They are professional. They are kind and friendly. If you have any sort of event which you need catered I highly encourage you to look into speaking with Bacon and Caviar -- they know what they're doing and they do it well!

Bacon & Caviar recently catered our Spring Kickoff Golf luncheon, and they were great. We had salad, baked potato bar, dessert, and drinks. They did all of the setup and arrived on time. The salad was fresh and beautiful and delicious! They provided plenty of salad dressing and choices. The baked potatoes were hot! There was every kind of fresh toppings and plenty of each. There were protein choices of pulled chicken or pulled pork. For dessert, they made strawberry tarts or fresh fruit for those who were gluten-free. I highly recommend them! Their food is delicious.

Where do I begin? First these guys helped me out of a big jam over the holidays when my caterer bailed. They delivered above and beyond! So friendly and wonderful in set-up.... Then the party, everyone loved the food! AND those who knew the "other caterer" came up to me multiple times... "So much better than..." ... and the food truly was: we had the shrimp in a blanket- big hit! Charcuterie boards, hot chicken & sweet cornbread.... It was all marvelous! I can't recommend them enough!

Absolutely loved this place. Paul was so kind and helpful. Got food catered for my birthday in February, very easy to order and they are very accommodating. Food is amazing and very affordable. I have only heard good things about this place which I why I ordered, and it was worth it. Will use again and will recommend.

I was fortunate to have "won" a gift certificate to Bacon and Caviar. I called to inquire if I could use it during the Thanksgiving holiday. They said yes, and I placed my order. The day before Thanksgiving, I picked up my sides and pies, and everything was done in an orderly manner. However, the best part, was how delicious the food was! I ordered several sides, including mac and cheese and my guests raved! The fudge and chess pies, were quickly gobbled (no pun intended) up and if I ever need to order prepared food again, I know where I'm going! Many thanks to all involved.

Exceptional catering and wonderful, engaging staff. My family used B&C for a bridal brunch and received rave reviews from our guests re: the incredible food. Not only that, but we paid extra for the convenience of a server, and the wonderful woman went above and beyond to replenish drinks, clean plates, and more, allowing us to actually enjoy the party, even as hosts. The prices are excellent, especially considering the variety and quality of the food. I learned of B&C when I worked at Vanderbilt and we regularly used their services, and now I know why! If I'm again in the Nashville area with catering needs in the future, I won't hesitate to use them once again!

Any time I need Food catered, I choose b&c. They have the best prices in the Nashville area, (trust me I've done the math) , and the food is SO good!! The family packs are deals you can't get anywhere else. They also catered our wedding, and everyone raved about the food. Again, they were the cheapest option for wedding catering and no one would have guessed! Savvy brides look no further!

Best wedding food you'll ever have!!! My guests were raving and kept going back for more. Everything, literally EVERYTHING was so delicious. The staff was fantastic, on time and gave great service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

By far one of the best catered (wedding) experiences ever! The food was fantastic and the service superb! My favorite collard greens with squash and corn casseroles added the perfect compliment to the smoked chicken and pulled pork. Warm peach cobbler in individual mason jars was the perfect finish. Can't wait to visit the restaurant.

I had lunch brought in for 20+ people which included 5 lbs of meat, some sides, and I also had them throw in a full rack of ribs, and way more dessert than what I really needed. My lunch mates raved; we all enjoyed it, especially the garlic cheddar grits. Paul arrived on time, food warm and moist. Some confusion as I didn't get any rolls -- turned out to be okay because so few people wanted rolls anyway -- so if you're getting pulled pork for sandwiches make sure to reiterate you want bread included or just get your own. Really nice folks and good experience; I asked for a special dessert for the birthday girl and they abided, which was super nice. Really reasonable outcome ($$wise) for as many people as we were able to feed. Ask for Paul.
