I stayed at this hotel during New Year’s, and while the experience wasn’t bad, I found the price high for what was offered. With the same amount, I’ve stayed in real 3 or 4-star hotels in cities like London, Barcelona, Berlin, and Zurich.
Let’s start with the positives: the owner was incredibly friendly, which made my stay pleasant. The highlight was the 24-hour coffee machine with unlimited coffee, water, and some juices—a nice touch. However, the breakfast was very basic, consisting only of bread and jam, which I didn’t try during my 4-day stay.
The apartment is quite old, though it was clean, and the location is perfect—probably the best thing about this place.
That said, given my experiences elsewhere, I feel the price was too high, although it might have been due to the New Year period.
Based on value alone, I’d rate it 3 stars, but since the owner was so friendly and helpful, I’m giving it 4 stars.
