Badacsony Camping

Great place to spend a few days of summer. It's equipped with everything you need for an easy camping experience, very clean and cared for. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. You can rent paddle surf boards and other distractions. I stayed for a couple of nights and will repeat!

Good camping spot. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: electricity, water, clean toilets and showers, and a kitchen. There’s a private beach with a lawn, playground, and steps into the water. The shore is shallow, so you need to walk a bit to reach about 120 cm depth. There are reeds on both sides, with swans and ducks swimming around. Quiet and peaceful, just a short walk from town at a relaxed pace. There’s also a small café at the campsite. There’s a small sauna too. The area is fenced. We stayed here for two nights. Overall, a great place!

Honestly it’s a beautiful site, facilities in good condition, nice location for exploring and visiting the wineries. However we found it to be full of young people, large groups, hen parties, stag dos and very noisy until the early hours. I’d say proceed with caution and a set of ear plugs!!

Very friendly, toilets are clean, enough trees and grass. Camp is near train and msin road, but that is very common around Balaton. Fair prices

2021: Still amazing - best staff ever. Like coming home :) Do not miss the Restaurant at the entrance 🔥🔥🔥🔥 We came back at third times and it is was an amazing experience. Nice calm waterfront, clean bathroom, showers and kitchen. The security is excellent also with a nice guard during the night. 👌👌👌

The day before we arrived to camp with a tent we called to make sure there would be space or to reserve the spot. The woman on the phone assured there would be space. After driving 4 hours we arrived and were told that there was no space at all for us, despite confirming it would be fine. Horrible customer service.

Everyone was so kind and helpful! Toiletts and showers were splendid! The beach is cosy and clean. Very nice statt at the kiosk right in front of the campsite!

Very good camping with a nice private beach. Clean and friendly for familes and private tourists. Mobile homes are well equipped. Close to center (600 meters). Dog friendly place. They have a pirvate sauna which is great if the weather is bad. Fishermans can rent boat which is good.|Wine cellars are 15 minutes away. Recommended place. We had a 4 day holiday.
