We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The staff were not very professional, as they even knocked on our door to check if our room was occupied at 1:45 AM!!!! which we found to be quite disturbing. The breakfast could have been better in terms of variety and quality. However, I must appreciate the hotel for accommodating us when we arrived late at night and found that everywhere else was fully booked. They were able to offer us two rooms. On a positive note, the view from the hotel was nice and the rooms were tidy. However, based on my experience, I would hesitate to recommend staying here unless the mentioned shortcomings are addressed and improvements are made in terms of professionalism.

Quite a lovely place. It has a very nice and extraordinary garden. We reserved a room with royal double bed and it was clean with wonderful view of a garden full of tangerines. The building is a bit old but mostly restored. The restaurant was well decorated and the breakfast was good enough. The staff were totally polite and hospitable. Nothing to complain. I'd say it is a hotel that worth the money you pay. Better than most 4 stars hotels but can't say it is as good as a 5 stars hotel.

Not a complete hotel but its ok! Forget about other hotels in Iran, northern hotels prepare less. Well designed but very old, clean rooms Polite staff, relaxing garden, very ordinary breakfast, not enough room in bathroom, tea service in room, also has pool and gym but not active in covid19 crisis.

It was very clean, which was an important point, only the hotel was a little far from the city center and the sea, the behavior of the staff and the breakfast was excellent, the price of the rooms was almost high.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel last month for two nights, we stayed in new addition of hotel in a large room with nice garden view. Staff are friendly and helpful, hotel ground is nice and clean and pool facilities are absolute delight.

Hotel's restaurant is the best part with delicious food. But the overall service is poor. Also the little mouse running inside restaurant was a shame!

Not very clean

Hight quality and delicious traditional foods. I was in a conference about one month ago. Time managing on perform different parts of confidence was perfect.
