Awful experience. I bought shoes for my wedding, but they did not have my size so they said they could ship them to me. I had a fitting in 10 days and both people working said it would take two days to ship, and it would be no problem to get them in time (I asked three times). The day before my wedding dress fitting, I contacted the store and asked for an update, which I was told they were out for delivery. By the end of the day I still had not received the shoes, so I called back to get the tracking number. They were certainly not out for delivery as they were not even checked into the city. Needless to say, I did not get them in time, and had to resort to another shoe last minute. They did not accept the return. Upon further research, the same shoe is available online with free shipping and returns. When I called to voice my disappointment and concerns, the VP took zero responsibility, no apologies, and hung up on me. I understand having return policies, but when the store contributes to the problem, it's short sited to not grant an exception. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate, as customers should not be treated this way.
