I am not a begal person but since I tried the variety of bagels from this cafe I start liking bagels. My most recommended place for breakfast is begal cafe. The prices are reasonable. The coffee is fresh. The egg salad and Greek omelette is so flavourful.

Google
It’s my 2nd time here & yessss I love their bagels & the fact they have so many cream cheese & bagel options. Will definitely bringing friends & family to enjoy this place. Mr Earl is so nice & a breathe of fresh air to have a nice, sociable cashier(hopefully I remember his name correctly)

Google
This is a really nice local bagel shop. The line that was almost out the door when we showed up made us want to turn around but we had ordered in less than 5 minutes and had our food 5 minutes after that. The staff is friendly, they have lots of unique flavors and the entire place including the bathrooms are clean. If you are in the area I would check them out.

Mat Kaiser

Google
I get an egg sandwich with meat and cheese, and it's always on the freshest kaiser roll. Whenever I get one of these, I cannot help but lament that it's gone because it's pretty much perfect. The staff are polite, and the place itself serves its purpose, though obviously they get crowded first thing in the morning because their bagels are apparently phenomenal too.

Google
Wow. 14.50 for two delicious bagels! You can’t find prices like this anymore. Both were amazing. The veggie cream cheese is killer and made in store and the BEC was perfect, doesn’t look like a lot of bacon but it’s really good bacon flavorful bacon. Service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere was warm and family friendly.

Google
As a New Yorker let me tell you I haven’t found a better bagel in Virginia! I highly recommend you try their bacon and herb cream cheese, it’s literally life changing! 🤤

Chris Truong

Google
Hands down the best bagel I’ve ever had. I make a point to come back and visit anytime I’m close by!

Google
This is THE place to go to for bagels in our area. I love the breakfast bagels and my husband loves the cream cheese with locks. We have never been disappointed here. There’s always a long line, but that is just indicative of how popular this place is!

Yelp
Love, love, love bagel cafe. The food coming out of here is always delicious and consistent. Ever since the first time my fiancée brought me, I've loved the bagel sandwiches here. My go to is normally the sausage, egg and cheese but I've also done bacon, egg and cheese. You can't go wrong with any of the bagel options. The jalapeño, cheddar cheese, everything bagel, plain, onion, etc all go well on a sandwich. For just a bagel and some cream cheese, the chocolate and blueberry bagels are amazing. The omelettes are also very good and you can't go wrong with any of them. The staff here are friendly and helpful. The same guy has been working the register for years now. I'm not sure if he's the owner or manager or what, but he's always a friendly face to greet us! The food also comes out fairly quickly. The ambiance is casual and reminiscent of a little bagel shop in NYC. There's plenty of seating both inside and outside (weather permitting).

Yelp
My husband and I lived in Reston and found this place one morning. They always have a ton of delicious menu options. The restaurant is clean, and service is fast on weekdays. On weekends, on the other hand, expect huge waits and angry staff. On the whole, this place makes a great bagel. The staff is generally rude and acts inconvenienced by customers making orders. Nearly every order we have placed here in 8 years has had some element incorrect. But given the attitudes of those we encountered placing the order, we chose to walk out with what we received. As I mentioned earlier, the food is all good, so even though it was not what I ordered, it was still good. I deducted one star for getting orders incorrectly and the second star for poor customer service.

Jim E.

Yelp
We had not visited here for several years because it was always crowded and we saw no reason to wait. But, Minnie Ong on a midweek day with fewer people, it was a very different experience. All the different spreads and bagels were on display in the cases which made to choice more difficult. My wife ordered her bagel not toasted and I asked for mine toasted; both came out toasted. But given the time we had already invested, we ate anyway. That said, the bagels were fresh and good. Having limited mobility issues right now, I was happy to find handicapped parking places directly in front of the door. On a more positive note, the "apple fritter"(shown on the receipt as a "bear claw") had several piece of apple and was as big as "your face" (OK, a child's face)

Yelp
Bagel Cafe is on our regular rotation for breakfast especially on the weekends. My go to is the ham, egg, and cheese on the garlic bagel which is fire. When I'm more on the hungry side I'll go with the Western Omelette platter which comes with their seasoned home fries plus a bagel! You can make your own bagel sandwiches and top it off with home fries...yummy. Their coffee is also legit and you can fill up refills if you prefer. Bagel Cafe is a Herndon staple!

Joy B.

Yelp
Weekends are made for lazy mornings and delicious omelettes. Today, we tried three new omelettes; the Greek omelette, the Western omelette, and the French omelette. The Greek omelette was filled with spinach and feta cheese. It was served with a side of tasty home fried potatoes. It was scrumptious. The French omelette included crispy fried onions, sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese. It was so good. It was also served with yummy home fried potatoes. The Western omelette included Canadian bacon, green onions, red and green pepper and cheddar cheese. It was so tasty. And, it also came with the same great home fried potatoes. We also ordered a gyro platter, for my granddaughter. She loved the meat. Instead of the pita, she put it on a bagel. : ) We also ordered an assortment of bagels, which were enjoyable too. Service was great. We ordered on the phone and it was ready for us, when we arrived. It was packaged well for the trip home. It is a bagel cafe with a comfortable ambiance and lots of choices. We usually order bagel sandwiches, but today we changed things up with the omelettes, and I am really glad we did. Service was great.

Yelp
Bright cute shop. I had very nice and very quick service. Was not super busy. I think it's a bit overpriced for what it is. The bagel and cc were decent enough. Consistency of the bagel was good. I'm a tourist in these parts so not sure if there's better in the area.

Danette E.

Yelp
I don't recommend going on the weekend, very busy, in fact the first time I went was on a Saturday, it was so packed that I could barely see the selection, but judging from the crowd I knew I wanted to come back. So I went during the week for breakfast, still busy but not super packed. Lots of bagels to choose from. I purchased strawberry, blueberry, and chocolate chip to bring home. All were very good, strawberry my favorite of the 3. I got a breakfast sandwich and coffee to eat, coffee very good, sandwich was good, Service was great, everyone kind and helpful. Spacious and lots of seating when not super packed. I will definitely go again.

Vivian Z.

Yelp
Had to wait ~30+ min for our order on Saturday morning, which isn't excusable even if it's peak time. Ordering process and pickup is disorganized and crowds of folks are waiting long periods of time for their orders, which sort of negates the purpose. Food itself is alright, but not worth the wait given that there are similar establishments who can move way more quickly with the same quality.

Akiko O.

Yelp
This place is always crowded and there are tons of choices you a choose from; bagels, cream cheese spreads, sandwiches, baking foods and drinks. The seating space is quite a lot inside and outside. Personally, I like sesame and cinnamon raisins bagels as plain, no toasted, cream cheese nor anything. I ordered this morning TWO SESAME and ONE CINNAMON RAISINS, but ended up the reverse. I should have checked the inside of the bag before I went home. I didn't want to go back for 10 miles to exchange them. So, I deducted two stars; the order mistake and unwelcoming customer service; no greeting nor thanking. But, the bagels are 5 stars!!!

Trendy D.

Yelp
This place SLAPS (slang for hits the spot )! I've been coming here for years and I've never had a bad experience. The only thing that sucks about this place is the tremendous wait on weekends. Everything is amazing and made fresh including their bagels. My go tos are the bagel sandwiches and omelets. I always like to get their chocolate bagel for little snack or dessert. Overall highly recommend this spot. There's parking out front, but seating is hard to get. The inside is fairly tiny and it's not great for groups.

Kat T.

Yelp
Big selection of bagels, and various cream cheeses. Menu overall is quite good and has lots of options for sandwiches. Service was fast even in a busy day. There are kiosks inside the cafe for self ordering too. The cafe itself is very simple and quite loud. Note, when ordering a takeout, bagels are placed in plastic containers which make them instantly soggy. There are also no vegan options for the cream cheese :-(

James H.

Yelp
Lots of options, quick service, and a lot of outdoor seating. The fresh squeezed OJ appears to be really popular, as it should be. I'm not a bagel expert, but it seems like one of the better places to get a bagel in the area. I full on experimented and got a bacon egg and cheese on a strawberry bagel. Usually, I get a blueberry bagel but I just was having fun. Still was happy with how it tasted.

Yelp
Stopped by the Bagel Shop in downtown Herndon on Nov' 23. I had the Ham and Cheese on Everything Bagel. Sat outside and enjoyed it. Taste was very good, everything bagel had large salt which was just perfect. The bagel sandwich as a whole, it can be viewed as a treatise to an ideal breakfast incorporating bagel, cheese, and ham. That is, a near-perfect combination of protein and healthiness for a first meal of the day. I enjoyed it and ate it slowly and languorously. Savored each bite. Actually tasted the meat (ham or turkey, both are good!), and the bagel, and the salt and seasoning, and even the cheese. This is how an ideal bagel sandwich is meant to be eaten / enjoyed! Savor each bite as if it were the last. This is what makes it worthy to pay out of pocket for a breakfast, especially one you could have easily cooked up yourself! Also I purchased a 6-pack of bagels (everything, have to try other flavors) as well as some cream cheese spreads (chocolate chip and cinnamon something). Liked the CC spread but it's a bit too sweet / sugary for me. Still great tasting. Not sure of the nutritional content of the bagels, but the everything bagel is pretty spot on. I usually don't like everything bagels, so when a shop does it right and you start liking everything bagel, that's when you know they onto something. Overall, awesome breakfast spot in downtown Herndon. I live relatively close by, so I'll likely be back again. Looking forward to it!

Jay P.

Yelp
Below average, honestly. The bagels are subpar (Bobby's Bagels are better), and I would go as far as saying they aren't much different Einstein bagels. The space is nice but it's so crowded most times it becomes a bit suffocating; I believe the overflow of people might play a role in the poorer quality food. The service, too is okay. The excess of people might be another reason why they aren't as friendly.

Alexa P.

Yelp
Bagel cafe has the best breakfast sandwich around. I get the bacon egg and cheese or the sausage egg and cheese. The service depends on the day. If you are going on the weekend around 10 am you will have a wait unless you order online. I typically DoorDash on the weekends. The store itself is small and gives off a very 80s vibe. It's not the best sit down restaurant but they do have outdoor seating.

Lillian H.

Yelp
I've gotten a bagel sandwich from here many times and the food, service, and atmosphere have been good every time. The ambiance is casual and cute.

Jeff S.

Yelp
I find it extremely offensive you are accusing me of adding $287.88 as a tip for one bagel. Based on your comment I will take further action. Shame on you.

Christopher G.

Yelp
Definitely one of my favorite bagel places in the area! I'm pretty simple when it comes to bagels, so my go-tos are usually an egg bagel or an onion bagel. Cream cheese of choice: scallion. The sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich is good. It's a filling meal that doesn't leave you feeling gross like fast food breakfast sandwiches. The staff is quick, friendly and efficient, which is great because this place gets packed fast, but the line keeps moving. The indoor seating area is fairly small, but there is a bunch of outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. If you like bagels and haven't been to Bagel Cafe, you should definitely give them a try!

Anastasia I.

Yelp
The food is delicious. The workers are very nice. Fresh orange juice is always the best. I recommend this place 10 out of 10

Ronit G.

Yelp
I love this bagel place. Brought my brother from out of town here for lunch ; he had a craving for tuna in a bagel! yum

A B.

Yelp
Authentic bagels- best in the area. No pre fab eggs! When we need a decent bacon egg and cheese or a bagel with a shmear, this is the only place in Northern Virginia we trust.

Alexa M.

Yelp
A hometown staple, love this place, their bagels, and the people who work so hard here!

Nick J.

Yelp
Good bagels and amazing cream cheese. Real NY feel. Price seemed high until I saw the portion of cream cheese and how flavorful it is. Hoping to swing by tomorrow...

Sri S.

Yelp
Bagels are good but the person who takes the order was super rude. Not sure why. I get it i was a bit indecisive on the spread i want. Instead of suggesting whats good he gave me a lecture on how i should not waste his time being indecisive Ok sir you have lost a customer with your rude talk.

Allen B.

Yelp
Normally a charming spot with friendly staff and ample outdoor seating, this place is a huge disappointment on the weekends. I highly recommend avoiding it on Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. The wait times are lengthy, averaging at about 8-12 minutes, and the quality of food takes a serious hit during these busy hours. I ordered two bagels--one with egg, meat, and cheese, and a plain bagel with cream cheese, which I requested double toasted. I assumed I wold be receiving a well-done bagel with plenty of crunch. Despite my request, the plain bagel came out soft, only darkened around the edges, and overall nowhere near the crispy standard I expected. The breakfast sandwich was equally disappointing, with the same underwhelming toasting and a complete lack of seasoning. While I've enjoyed their lunch options in the past, I'd advise against coming here for a quick breakfast bagel. The rushed preparation during busy times ruins what could be a simple, satisfying meal. Lastly, and where I think the real issue lies: the kitchen seems overwhelmed with orders on weekends, which affects the quality and leads to long waits. I believe streamlining their menu or limiting breakfast sandwiches after 11 a.m. may help prevent more disappointed customers such as myself. The current setup isn't working, and it's clear they're more focused on clearing orders than ensuring quality. For a better breakfast experience, I'd suggest exploring other local cafés that maintain quality, even during busy periods.

Sabrina P.

Yelp
I'm visiting the area and so miss the East Coast for the bagel shops. My friend comes here and recommends it for breakfast. I ordered the spinach and herb bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese. My friend ordered the sourdough bagel closed faced Nova, which is the lox. The spinach and herb bagel was absolutely amazing and flavorful. The sausage, egg, and cheese was average, nothing exciting. The Nova was a perfect combination of capers, smoked salmon, regular cream cheese, tomato, and lettuce. Overall, it was a great East Coast breakfast.

Maria C.

Yelp
I went this morning, first time. The bagel I order was tasty but my experience with the cashier was not. Very unfriendly, cero patient and a little rude. In my opinion this staff/cashiers should be the more gentle with the customer, bad experience.

Christina Y.

Yelp
Bagel Cafe is a staple breakfast place when you are in the area. I've been ordering here for over 10 years and there is a reason why they are still in business (and doing so well might I add). Bagels and cream cheese spreads are all homemade and fresh which is the cafe's main stars of the show. They also have delicious breakfast sandwiches, especially the Nova Lox. I've never been here on a weekday, so all I can say is that it is crazy packed and busy on weekends. There may barely be any room to walk around because of the long lines for ordering and the group of people trying to pick up their orders on the other side, along with the people all dining in. Also, be prepared to wait 10 extra minutes for pickup after you place an online order. There is free lemon infused water and a coffee station when you order coffee as well as tea. Overall, this cafe actually does remind me of New York delis because of all the hustle and bustle energy in the mornings. Rather than being served food that's been sitting there, it's always freshly made. From experience, there has always been a parking spot for everyone. It is located next to Duck Donuts in a small-ish shopping center. It can get congested during the rush.

Yelp
FOOD/DRINK: 5/5 SERVICE: 5/5 AMBIANCE: 5/5 I used to get delivery/pick up from here like almost every single weekend when I lived in Herndon. Now that I've moved, I get it maybe once a month since it's a 30 min drive away. Bagels are soft, yet have some give. Plenty of flavors. You can get it toasted and/or buttered, with cream cheese or with eggs. I've had almost every bagel they're all wonderful. Eggs are soft and folded onto the bagel with crispy bacon and oozy cheese, topped off with a bagel. I've had bagel sammies at other places and we always say it's not as good as here. Jerome is a gem and is always there. He is kind, helpful, and strikes up small talk with people. You can order online now! It'll fresh and hot for you when you get there, you just need your order number to pick it up. They also offer 1/2 priced baker's dozen starting at 2:30pm, which is perfect for work functions! I used to get these for meetings and they'd be still good for the next morning's meeting. Ambiance is very 1980s and I love it. Don't ever change Bagel Cafe. Note: Don't come here at 2:30 or later and expect peppy workers. They've been here since early in the morning and they want to go home. Please take your order to go so these people can leave. They *will* ask you to leave starting at 2:40. And I'm here for the passive aggressive-ness (mostly passive). It makes my day.

Tiffany T.

Yelp
Bagels are not good anymore. I went at 10am and somehow got a dry and stale bagel. They're overpriced, too! Why is plain cream cheese on a bagel $4.50 or a bagel with egg $6.10?

Mimi S.

Yelp
Food- My friend and I were OVERWHELMED by the amount of choices we had! I think it took me about 5 minutes to order I ended up ordering Egg, Bacon, Cheese Bagel- DELICIOUS!!! It was the perfect combo and so filling Plain Bagel with Strawberry Cream Cheese- It was good! The texture of the cream cheese threw me off because of the consistently but it was still yummy!! Service- The whole staff was incredibly friendly and quick to get our order out. Parking/location: SUPER easy to find. It's in a smaller shopping center so there is plenty of parking.

Mon U.

Yelp
Today, Saturday March 23.. came in to pickup a customers order ( UberEats ).. I stood infront of the counter where it says "PICK UP HERE", the woman behind the counter told me to move and took the orders of two individuals who were not even standing in-line. I showed my displeasure to the lady and told her that wasn't right, just because Im picking up for a customer doesn't mean you get to ignore me. I was given a thumbs down on my rating even before I got back in my car, just because I called them out. LoL.. Thank you to the woman who disrespected me, you showed your true character, and to the rude Spanish woman who gave me the thumbs down rating, not knowing the full story. Not the first time Ive picked up from this place, the people behind the counter, makes you feel like you are a bother to them, when in fact you are picking up food thats been PAID FOR ALREADY! Bagel Cafe, your staff can do better...

Kim B.

Yelp
The place was packed which is always a good sign. I ordered a closed-faced lox bagel (ok) and caramel latte (very good). To go, I ordered 6 bagels and asked for them to be sliced. I was surprised to see a $1.25 charge on the bill just for slicing!. Food was good. The ambiance is nondescript but they played folksy music which I liked; nice change from what you normally hear.

Meredith B.

Yelp
Some of the best bagels around, definitely. I couldn't tell you how many mornings I have stumble off shift at the hospital and down Elden street to get a bagel over the last few years, but I can tell you every single one has been just what I needed in the moment. Wether it's a chocolate chip with plain cream cheese or a big fancy to-do with lox and capers and all, they're quick and friendly, which is great when on the go. Now the pandemic has chilled a bit, it's not a bad place to sit for a while either, and the rest of the menu deserves exploring. Have some eggs, have a cookie. Enjoy yourself.

Kyle M.

Yelp
One my go to breakfast stops, can only speak to the bagels which classic Bacon, Egg, Cheese on their great selection hits the spot when I swing in. No real custom coffee/iced coffee options besides self serve coffee station with pump dispenser. So have to add additional pit stop if wanted.

Sandy A.

Yelp
I ordered a bagel sandwich from Grubhub. The delivery was fine, but the sandwich was wrong. I did not order lettuce and tomato, but they put it on. I paid extra for bacon and they did not put it on. When I called to complain they insisted that they always put lettuce and tomato unless you ask not to. The web lets you opt for typing to be added. Nowhere does it give you the option to say do not add lettuce and tomato. They took no responsibility for making the sandwich wrong. Now I'm hungry, with no food to eat. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will not order again.

Amanda P.

Yelp
Came here for Breakfast on Sunday at 10am, and you know it's a great place when there's a line out the door. I forgot to order ahead so I ended up waiting about 15-20 mins for my order, but it's worth it! They have a wide menu of different sandwiches and a variety of bagels/spreads to select from. I ordered the Salmon Lox Bagel Sandwich and it was delicious! It's was stuffed with smoked salmon and a thick amount of scallion cream cheese, topped off with lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions. Traditionally this is with an Everything Bagel, however I also like this with their Garlic Bagel. Its nice that they have online ordering to plan ahead for customers that are strapped on time, or just want to be in and out. Theirs always a line, especially on the weekends. Outdoor seating is available on a first come first serve basis.

Jill W.

Yelp
Amazing, impeccable, the best bagels you'll ever have. Every flavor is certified delicious just depends on your preferences. Staff is incredible too. I think about this place in my dreams. I wish they had an e-commerce site and shipped them over states.

Aya Z.

Yelp
First time here. Food is amazing. Loved it. Service is kinda hectic but overall fast and great. Lots of spaces to sit and enjoy your food.

Brianna N.

Yelp
One of my favorite local places, amazing bagels and cream cheese, great options for sandwiches, amazing people working there and amazing prices.

Cameron W.

Yelp
If there's no dairy-free milk alternative at the coffee bar, you know it's gonna have good bagels. This place is low on the frills but the bagels are best in the area. The lox ratio is perfect and the bagels have a great chew. The in-house cream cheese selection is extensive and the sandwich selection is large without being excessive. They have homemade orange juice so you can cure your scurvy and the coffee is self-serve and was pretty smooth. Went in a Saturday morning and it was busy but not overall crowded and service was speedy. Staff was kind and patient. Took bagels home and they are still soft two days later. Parking was easy to navigate and there's indoor and outdoor seating.

Joann M.

Yelp
Hate doing this as I love their food... but sorry we decided to eat in and the music over the intercom is toooo dam loud... I asked for it to be lowered slightly but was told the owners said to keep it at this level.... What???? Can't hear you call the numbers out with orders?????

Kelly M.

Yelp
I pulled up to go to Duck Donuts next door and realized I hadn't been here for years so I popped in and picked up a Russian omelette. Forgot they give you a whole bagel of your choice with their omelettes, I went for a toasted blueberry, it was a nice surprise. After picking this up I went to Duck Donuts then did my 10 min drive home. The food was still hot and looking good. The only reason this is a four and not a five star is there was very little sour cream in the omelette. Had to hunt for it, and when I found it, there was basically a dab of it. Although I love all the potato in it without the sour cream the omelette is dry and well, not really a Russian omelette, so that was kind of a bummer. Other than that I believe it's a good amount if tasty food for the price and I definitely will not wait years again till I return. Check it out!

Bill H.

Yelp
Decent bagel breakfast place. Today I noticed the bin full of Green, St. Patrick's Day Bagels.... St. Patty's was three days ago! No discount on 3 day old bagels. Makes me wonder about the adjcent bin of bright red strawberry bagels. I ordered a Vanilla Walnut Raisin spread on a sesame bagel. The bagel was fresh, but the spread only had one little chunk of walnut and no discernable raisins.

I C.

Yelp
ZERO STARS FOR DELIVERY ON WEEKEND MORNINGS. Absolutely abysmal cus svc and disregard for the customer experience. This is not a new problem. This has been a consistently ongoing issue. I am guessing the reason Bagel Cafe doesn't fix what's broken is because they're fat dumb and happy so they feel no need to have to expend even one brain cell to improve because people will come anyway (even though their website says they're all about improving the customer experience yeh right). So I guess *we all* are at fault for being enablers..... Yes they do have tasty bagels but... SO NOT WORTH WHAT THEY PUT YOU THROUGH FOR DELIVERY ON WEEKEND MORNINGS. Indulge me in my tale of this morning's woes. And feel free to read my previous 4 star review AT THE BOTTOM when I talk about their horrendous weekend morning delivery record. SAT 9:50AM Placed a Door Dash order - $60 for a dozen bagels, 1 half lb flavored cream cheese and 2 bagel sandwiches (which btw borders on price gouging). 5 mile trip. Nothing tricky about the order. We knew it would take over an hour as it ALWAYS HAS BEEN on a weekend morning for the past literally 2 years. Sometimes you get lucky and it will take less. Most times, not. This time though, Door Dash estimate stated 60-70 minutes so Bagel Cafe seems to have stopped the bait and switch practice of indicating shorter wait times so they don't turn customers away. (On a weekend morning if you see anything less than a 60 minute wait, it's a total lie.) 10:15AM (~ 30 mins later) Checked the app for status update. Estimated wait went down to 30-40 minutes. 10:46AM (that's ONE HOUR after ordering) our driver txts "Your order is not gonna be ready for one hour" - ?!!!! 10:46AM (30 seconds later!) I get a "Your order has been cancelled" notice. W. T. F. ??! So now, after a one hour wait, I am out breakfast. What? I mean, did they run out of bagels or something? Let me net it out for you: newbie Dasher accepts the order, gets to the shop, sees what I envision to be the chaos and disorder inside including customers waiting and other Dashers waiting, finds out it will be another HOUR before their order is ready for pick up, time is money for them so they ditch the order and leave. "Not my yob" says Bagel Cafe. "If you don't like it, lump it or take your business elsewhere" is pretty much their sentiment. What we really need is another NY bagel bakery in the Reston Herndon area (cha CHING) to give this place a reason for them to improve and care. That may not even make this place flinch.... YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED. smh.

Kaitlyn B.

Yelp
Went on a weekend morning and ate outside. The line was long but they got through it so fast! The bagels were fresh tasting and I also enjoyed the iced tea and the omelet with Canadian bacon. Very impressed with their ability to keep the orders coming out despite the crowd.

Lashell J.

Yelp
My main complaint is for Jerome I believe is his name, who's been working the register for the last 25 years per his snarky rant. He also proceeded to yell at me for not reciting my order to his liking. I've never felt disrespected in my entire life and from a seasoned worker is mind blowing. Maybe he was having a bad day but that should never be an excuse to treat anyone especially a paying customer.

Megan W.

Yelp
This place is great for a fresh tasting breakfast sandwich! I ordered for pick-up and it was very convenient since it can get pretty busy! But overall, the food was wonderful!

Aaron H.

Yelp
I am a native New Yorker so maybe I have high expectations but the food just isn't good and it is very overpriced. Got a ham, egg and cheese on everything bagel. The eggs didn't seem fresh cracked, the ham had no flavor and the bagel just was not good. Also had a blueberry muffin, which was was almost inedible. They have an iPad you order on and while the staff were very friendly and the food pretty quick on a busy Sunday morning, I won't be back, the food just wasn't good and they charge a lot for it, too.
