Bageltown of Levittown

It was terrible. I ordered a platter and it wasn't even the right order. Rather than tell me they did not have what I asked for (homefries) they just replaced it with 2 potatoes patties with soggy French toast sticks for $8. The wait was long and the food was terrible. I will never be returning back to this place.

Only reason i dont give it 5 stars is my experience today. Ive been coming since i was a kid and the staff are very friendly. Today this woman ive never seen before was horrible no smile no good morning she looked miserable. Shes says ok ots x amount and im handing her the money but she has no idea because she is looking past me with fixing her hair. To top it off she puts my bagels at the bottm of my bag and decides it would be a good idea to put the heavy drinks ontop my bagel is all messed up smh

Drinks are expired, photo was taken on June 28th 2022 Employees don't ask if your want to take away or eating in. They didn't ask what kind of bagel you like to have on your menu and credit card payment was not possible, tried 3 times with 2 different credit cards. I'm coming since years and service is getting worse from year to year

I believe this place is very good, love the bagels just wish they would be alittle less “bread like”in total. Hence 4 stars. They are still great in terms of exterior bagel crunchiness and bite satisfaction but interior dough wise. Seem more on the bread aspect instead of terms of bagel flavor. overall this place is still an excellent bagel store. Service is great and seems like a family style bagel store.

I have been going here for years because it was local. As you would expect, I have seen the price explode during that time. However, it was local and the quality was pretty good. I went there this morning and one of the bagels was totally burned (I mean black). I know they are under new ownership but the quality control is now suspect. The baker should have seen the burned bagel and tossed. If not him, the server could’ve,would’ve,should’ve seen it and tossed it. As they now take the orders at the cash register rather than by the bagels, I could not spot what they put in the bag. Frankly, I need to search for another store.

This bagel store is just ok. Usually very packed, and there was certainly no shortage or flies on the display food.

If you want to experience one of the best bagels in all of New York you need to stop here. The quality of the food is absolutely is it some of the best that I’ve ever had. The staff at work so very hard to make sure that your orders are not only complete but expeditiously put together.

No wonder why this place that used to be packed every morning, is now empty at 8am. Look at the prices they have the audacity to charge for a bagel with the cream cheese in the side. Robbery....
