Unbelievable. I was patronizing, very close to purchasing a bag and I was told “this is a woman’s store” by the woman working. Really? In this day and age? Genuinely trying to purchase a crossbody bag / fanny pack and I felt targeted. Not a great way to conduct business, $100 potential sale walked because of liable assumptions. Someone needs to have a conversation with that employee.

Sadvika was so friendly, patient and very helpful she helped us decide which bags would be most helpful for the way we wanted to use them. The sale was great too! We will be back. We love battalions!

The worker couldnt be bothered enough to put her phone down or mute whatever she was listening to. Didn’t offer any suggestions, just kept saying i don’t know.

Needed bags for stadium and helped by Dolores. Great bag seen by friends and we all came back and Dolores again very helpful. Bags were perfect for stadiums.

I had never heard of this place, but my wife had. I needed a new camera case, and my wife liked the bag I bought so much we had to go back the next day so she could get a new Baggallini, too
