We had a wonderful welcome by the owner Daniela to her beautiful guest house situated in the hills above San Vito Lo Capo. The views from the room and verandas are sublime. ||Baglio la Luna is a small 5 bedroomed B&B. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. In keeping with the eco-friendly ethos of the guest house there is no air conditioning. We visited in early April so this was not an issue. ||As the Baglio La Luna is high in the hills a car is recommended to travel to the local town. Alternatively a taxi can be arranged. ||Daniella is the perfect host - brilliantly assisted by Braba! Thoroughly recommended.

This is a real gem. It is remote so ideally you need your own transport. We didn’t have a car but did have bikes as we were starting a cycle tour from there. On request you can have dinner made for you and the food was fantastic - simple but so delicious. We cycled to Zingaro and then back (hilly++). Daniela and Jacobina were so friendly and welcoming.

Although in a truly amazing location, however the service at this place is quite poor. Also the facilities should be improved, such as: air conditioning in the rooms, big umbrella to be able to stay outside without cooking under the sun, more sun beds to chill by the pool, more variety of food offered at breakfast, better cleaning, etc. This seemed to me the typical place where the owner just want to take money without caring that much about their guests. Definitely not worth it the price I’ve paid…

I was worried coming to this location because it is quite remote (you will defo need some sort of car), but upon arrival Daniela is just lovely, as are her colleagues. Nice, quiet rooms and the grounds to the sea-view are spectacular.||||Food is delicious, and you are made to feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful house nestled at the top of the cliffs over San Vito. Truly stunning views. ||The owner greeted us on arrival and was thoroughly charming throughout. A nice pool, great food, fantastic scenery - bliss. ||Two issues. ||1. The mattress in our bed was dead. We rolled into each other at night and we didn't sleep well. ||2. Lots of wasps. Maybe it was just the time of year but there were quite a lot around and that was a nuisance. ||Overall a stunning place - we loved it.

We stayed 3 nights in the B&B. The location is wonderful near a reserve. Views towards see are fantastic . The land lord is friendly but only speaks Italian. Breakfast is ok but with limited choices. We decide also to have lunch which you need to order in the morning. We got a 3 course dinner and ordered a bottle of red wine. Paid 75 Euro' for 2 persons. In view of the food and wine served we believed that was to much.

We stayed for 5 nights and loved our stay. Our room was very basic but to be honest we weren’t there that much as we spent most of our time out and about (swimming at San Vito Lo Capo, running/walking/swimming in Lo Zingaro national park, day trips to Erice and Favignana...) or lounging by the pool, taking in the awesome view over the sea. You’ll need a car, as the nearest shops/restaurants are 10-15 minutes drive away, but if that doesn’t put you off it’s a really nice place to unwind and get back to the simple things in life :-)

We stayed in 6 B&B in Italy last August and this location by far had the best view to Sea and Mountain. We loved the beautiful Garden. Extremely quite and peaceful. Breakfast was simple but made and served with love. A perfect place to relax and enjoy raw nature.
