Bad experience. I’d say in perfect Ligurian and Genovese style, judging by what we experienced during our holiday: a lack of customer care, non-existent services for prices that are always above average with low quality food.
Moreover…If you aggressively confront your customers because they didn’t realise the shower wasn’t free, and despite they, mortified, immediately apologetic offer to pay, you persist in verbally attacking them and treating them as if they were thieves or dishonest individuals trying to cheat you… Well, you can be certain you’re not giving your establishment a good reputation!
Let's try to clear things up, we took full responsibility without complaint for not having paid the shower and entrance fee, and we promptly rectified the situation with courtesy.
Goes without saying that we paid the 5 euros per person for the entrance and the shower, but then we left after being verbally attacked.
We would suggest to brush up on the good manners required for this job, and better clarify which area falls under their concession and which is free to the public before attacking tourists and customers.
