Simply outstanding service & beautifully crafted bag with gorgeous unboxing experience. I saw a bago bag I loved in the gift shop of a hotel in the Maldives, I didn't purchase it there because it was available online directly from Bago for a lower price. However, when I got home (to Singapore) I realised the cost of shipping was €100, living here most goods purchased online are imported but I have never had to pay that sort of price - even for larger & bulkier items. I emailed to check & they responded quickly & even went to check, but UPS quoted the same price. I replied to say I would think about it & made a flippant comment about it explaining why most deliveries came via DHL! Unexpectedly, I got a further reply stating they had checked & could ship cheaper via DHL, sending me an updated payment link with the new shipping price. I received the bag yesterday, and the packaging is as beautiful as the bag, the whole experience was amazing & I thoroughly recommend. If I am ever in Istanbul, I will certainly be visiting in person. Thank you.

Benim gibi küçük çanta sevenlerin özellikle yaz akşamları için tercih edeceği kesin.
