It was a sad little boat, lots of wear, terrible layout and decor, and a crew that seemed to be very overworked and underappreciated by the cruise company.

If you've never been on a cruise before, this is a great introductory one that is affordable and short. If you have been on a cruise before, this in no way compares to the massive, luxury ships of other cruise lines (it pales in comparison). That being said, everything was of a basic standard. The food, rooms, entertainment and service were all good/basic, considering everything. I enjoyed it overall and will go again.

Staff: Excellent guest services from waitstaff to housekeeping- everyone was exceptional in being quick to respond, friendly, helpful, hardworking, hospitable. You can tell that they take pride in taking care of their guests and keeping the facilities clean. I hope that whatever the management is doing to train the staff and to keep the staff happy, that they keep doing it- happy staff equals happy guests. Ship: This is an older ship, the furnishings and fixtures are dated, but everything is in working order and very importantly, clean. My favorite place besides my Oceanview room (nice large window btw), are the cabanas on Oasis deck for adults only. We opted to stay onboard one day and we spent about 4 hours there, not a single interruption of anyone offering alcohol or anything. Relaxing jazz music, nice jacuzzi (I’d say 6 adults could fit in there comfortably). Value: Amazing!!! Do not book this and expect a fancy/luxurious cruise- that said, this is an awesome deal for a fun getaway with excellent service and cleanliness. We did a Groupon deal and were very happy with what we got for only $358 for two people INCLUDING taxes/fees/gratuities, Oceanview room, all food (5 course dinners included- appetizer, soup, salad, entree, dessert). We went to a couple of shows that were included- Tina Turner experience (high energy, can tell she loves her audience, very fun), and the circus/singing/dancing/acrobats- high energy, especially loved the amazing acrobats. We did get drink offers but they were never pushy nor excessive- honestly I’d prefer to be approached once at dinner and shows to order something, instead of having to get up myself and ask to order a drink. Again, when we were in our cabanas or lounge chairs on the Oasis deck, we were left alone to sunbathe/nap the entire time- not a single person approached us, and we were able to really enjoy the solitude. Food tips: Breakfast buffet- Grab some unlimited coffee/tea, go to the made to order station for customizable omelets (poolside), then go to another station for hot and fluffy waffles, and get a window seat for an awesome start to your day. (Would have loved some hot chocolate but none in sight.) The rest of buffet items were standard fare- fruits were fresh, especially the pineapples were so sweet and juicy. Lunch buffet- seafood anything was sooo fresh, well-seasoned fish on both days. For the adventurous palate, the lamb curry over jasmine rice is delicious, the chana masala (curried chickpeas) was very flavorful, with real ginger (which is good for the stomach especially if you’re not used to being on a ship). Fave lunch item- made to order penne pesto- honestly I’d be happy just eating this alone, it was that good. Unlimited self-serve soft serve poolside. I’d skip the poolside burger- the patty was a good size (not a hockey puck thankfully) but it lacked flavor. Dinner: We had five course dinners both nights (see pics)- this is perfect for a date night or a dressy dinner with friends. Note that the sit-down dinner is an experience in itself- takes about 2 hours- so only do this if you really want to relax and unwind with a fabulous, unhurried dinner. Recommendations: First time cruisers, Floridians, couples, friends, solo. Our friends did a girls trip last year on this cruise and they recommended it to us. We spoke to a solo cruising Florida local who’s done this 7 times and she loves it, and after our own experience, we’re going to recommend this to our friends and family. I wouldn’t fly across the country just to go on a 3 day cruise, but if you’re thinking of it, I’d suggest adding a few days of either Disney (about 3 hour’s drive from West Palm) or Miami (about 2 hour’s drive from West Palm). They also have Bahama hotel packages if you’re looking for a Caribbean vacation. Thank you, BP Celebration staff for an awesome getaway! Keep up the exceptional service and you’ll have lots more guests to compliment and recommend your cruise.

I've been in this cruise a few times. Always a great little cruise. The workers are always so nice. Satria was our absolute favorite on the past cruise. He was always on top of it. It's a fun, cheap and short cruise so if You're expecting something marvelous this isn't the cruise for you. If you want a short but FUN get away then don't miss out on this.

Started out as a free trip for 2 to Bahamas with 4 night stay on grand Bahama Island. Ended up costing over $1000 per person with all kinds of taxes and hidden fees and port costs, ect. The ship itself was very old and the upgraded suite was not at all worth it for the ocean view cabin, the bed was from like the 1970's very hard and uncomfortable as well as everything else inside. Also, the staff didn't care about anything except upselling drink packages (hence booze cruise I suppose is what I kept hearing.) Now I can say the food was at least halfway decent and all you could eat so that helped. Just overall not worth the money in the end, especially when it was supposed to be a free trip I had won in a drawing. Very disappointed in the overall experience.

Took advantage of the 2 for 1 Black Friday sale. Nice cruise for the money. Not crowded at all which is great during a pandemic. Crew was always friendly and helpful. The extra cost food was good and reasonably priced, free food was just ok. AC can be inconsistent but tolerable. Entertainment was limited as expected with covid. Freeport is still recovering from the hurricane but the beaches and people are beautiful.

Best short cruise for the money. You can't stay in a hotel, eat free, and be entertained for two nights at these rates. This was our 2nd cruise.

This was a very nice cruise to Freeport in the Bahamas 🇧🇸. We hired a tour guide to show around the island. We'll worth taking the tour. 😊

Yelp
MARGURITAVILLE It's a nitche market cruise That said-it's been improved immensely from the days of Paradise The old ship has been refreshed nicely. The vibe is welcoming and fun. (And it's quite inexpensive)

Yelp
I have been on this cruise 11 times. This time it was awful. The food upgrade was a rip off. The rock grill is closed and the admiral had little to nothing in stock. The buffet was one third of the selection it once had. No show. No comedian. Maybe it will improve once it rebrands to Margaritaville. But all i foresee is raised prices. Makes me sad. I used to love this getaway.

Yelp
This Paradise Bahamas cruise line is not worth the trouble. My family of 14 people went on a vacation on February the 7th, The ship was supposed to leave the port between 430p and 530p however it did not leave until 3:48am the following morning. There was no communication as to why the Ship did not leave the port We got less 3 hours in the Bahamas. Don't waste your time with this cruise line the staff was very unprofessional. I am fighting now to get a full refund due to the circumstances.

Yelp
The cruise line cancelled my cruise, via email which went to my spam folder, the day before sailing. This was on July 22, 2021 I have contacted them via email and phone. I am STILL waiting on my refund of $600+. While the cruise is nice, customer service is NOT!!

Yelp
I wish I could give lower than a one star. We have been waiting since October for our refund. Every time I call, I get garbage about it takes 90 days from cancellation not including weekends and holidays. That amount of time has come and gone...almost TWICE! I know what cruise line I will NEVER travel with if they survive this plandemic!!! Thieves and liars! Will be taking legal action.

Yelp
worst cruise line in florida to deal with. booked a cruise and paid in full at the time of booking. the company canceled the cruise do to ship maintenance. that was 3-6-20. as of 5-28-20 refund still not received. countless phone calls, emails requesting the refund, nothing. now when i call i'm sent to a voicemail, calls not returned. absolutely the worst company to deal with. CROOKS!! stay away. horrible cruise line. you have been warned!
