Bahia Principe Fantasia Punta Cana

We recently stayed at this hotel and had such a wonderful experience. Starting with the front desk I'm pretty sure the receptionist's name was Andres, his service was fantastic. Anything we needed, he took care of right away. It was our daughter’s birthday, and he even organized a special surprise for her, which meant a lot to us. At the buffet, there was a lovely lady named Christina (or something similar) who made fresh fruit smoothies. My girls adored her! She spoke excellent English, honestly, much better than many others working at the hotel, including entertainment and kids club staff. In my opinion, she should be working at the front desk because she was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The entertainment team was also great two guys who were always dancing by the pool and bringing such fun energy. They really helped set the mood and kept everyone smiling. And a special thank-you to Annie from the kids club. She was so sweet and amazing with the kids. Thank you to everyone for making our stay truly special!

We stayed at Fantasia from Jan 2–9 and had a fantastic family vacation. Being Privilege Members truly upgraded our experience, allowing us access to all the amenities across the entire Bahia complex, especially the private lounges and beach areas. The highlight of our service was our concierge, Raphael. Even though we had our Fantasia dinners booked in advance, Raphael went above and beyond by securing reservations for us at the other resorts. He checked in every morning to ensure we had everything we needed and was always available for daily requests. Excellent service in a beautiful, 'castle' setting. Highly recommend!

Easy location from the hotel. We hired a private transport. Beautiful hotel with magical features like castles and light shows every night. Clean, air conditioned and beautiful rooms. Delicious food with good variety. Helpful staff with prompt service. My kids love it here. Lots of activities for adults and kids. I feel relaxed most of the time while here.

Our first time at the resort after being recommended by friends. The resort is very kid friendly. Lots of great shows and entertainment. The waterpark was a huge hit and was accessible for all ages. Staff were friendly and were great with the kids too. :) Enjoyed our stay. :)

Our family had a great time, there were a few issues with the rooms however staff would eventually sort it out. Kids loved it very child focused resort but still was a blast for adults, we will definitely be back. Shout out to Eduardo at lobby bar and Jorge at the main pool bar, as they both were beyond friendly and helped accommodate us and the kids!

This was not my first stay at a Bahia hotel, and once again, I am absolutely delighted! My first trip was to Bahia Ambar Blue, the adults-only section, and I truly loved that experience. To celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, we chose Bahia Fantasia this time, as a family, from December 8 to 15, 2025, and we absolutely do not regret our choice 💝 The hotel is truly enchanting 💫 The beauty of the property and the fairy-tale decorations with its castles make you feel like you are in a real wonderland. It is the perfect place for families, both young and old 💝 From the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed thanks to Eduardo and Yuanna at the reception. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention made our arrival smooth and set the tone for an exceptional stay. Today, I felt like I was treated like a queen in her own kingdom. Our romantic anniversary dinner was initially planned on the beach, but a wedding was taking place. Thanks to Luis, our family concierge, we were given the best possible spot to enjoy our dinner while watching a magical projection on the castle wall, displaying our names and the occasion ✨✨✨ An unforgettable moment! Thanks to Chef Denis Boss (Le Gourmet Restaurant), this anniversary dinner became an exceptional and memorable culinary experience. The care and attention with which we were served made this moment shine even brighter. The dinner prepared by Chef Denis was simply outstanding 💫💫💫💫💫. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautiful as well as delicious, and perfectly tailored to our seafood selection. Even our 3-year-old little boy was pampered with a special dinner made just for him 🩵 To complete this experience, we were served by Wilson and Luis, whose professionalism and impeccable service made this moment even more memorable. A DJ even came to play love songs for us, moving me deeply to tears 🫶 A magical stay where every detail is designed for the happiness of the guests. Bahia Fantasia is truly the perfect place to create unforgettable memories, whether as a family or as a couple.

The customer service was very poor, prior to arriving I called at least 3 times to update my reservation information and they told me to wait until I arrived at the hotel. As a result, I was unable to book dinner reservations. Once onsite, the Bahia principe app does not function well and is frustrating to use. The rooms are just okay. The bedsheets smell musty and unclean. Definitely recommend trying out buffets at the other Bahia properties as the buffet at fantasia is a disaster. Too crowded and food often cold. You can’t pour your own coffee or water and most days I was finished with my meal before receiving coffee. The “light” show at the castle turned out to be very annoying. It played the same music loudly each night, hourly, for birthday celebrations, which ended up waking our kids several nights. The entertainment was decent, but for a kid focused hotel I would suggest an earlier start time (eg 7:00 or 7:30) rather than 8:30 PM. The beach was very crowded compared to surrounding resorts. Overall, very family-friendly, but lacks on luxury for a 5 star hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at Fantasia and would highly recommend to families! Special shout outs to: -Reyito the tennis pro (he has a great personality and gives great lessons!). Jesus who manages the sports is really cool too! - Orlando y Albert (at Paradiso Italian Restaurant) were super awesome waiters (probably the best restaurant there too!) -Castellin, Ruth and Diosa at the Kids Club take such good care of the little ones :) Thanks for everything!
