Very nice place for commercial offices, restaurants and coffee shops - but may be equally expensive. Very good views of City and Sea from high rise floors. Very well managed. Security. There are places to drink coffee and service offices.One of the most beautiful buildings in Bahrain. Best architecture example. Twin towers parking in the basement. Nice and helpful staff. Even the interior of the building is wow. Has residency, supermarket, offices and office for Ministry of Industry. Located in the heart of the city. Opposite BabAlBahrain. Good place to visit There are offices buildings, hotels, and Boat dock

In my opinion, this is currently the best place to live in Bahrain. Business hub, lots a brand new luxurious buildings, close to both Avenues and City Centre malls, and to the Souq Bab Al Bahrain. Lots of outdoor sport activities and stunning views.
